You are living with an endless supply of ice correct?

Everyone is different on how they heal. I’d say you should start seeing a bit of a difference anytime now but slow go.

Yes, actually I’ve already had a considerable decrease in the swelling over last two days. I can even make out the parts of the pump already. Still very tender around it though, so touching it too much. Today I managed to walk 10,000 steps, albeit slowly and with a wide gait. But nice to get off the couch for a while!

I had massive swelling. It looked like I had gone to war down there and barely survived. I also flew from Houston to Seattle on day three and the change of pressure in the aircraft cabin significantly increased swelling.

For some of us, swelling is really normal. At about two weeks much of the swelling subsided but I had swelling in my shaft for about four to six weeks. It’s not always a quick recovery but fortunately now it’s a distant memory.

Yeah, I certainly am not counting my chickens before they hatch and I still envision a long recovery ahead, but happy to be seeing some early progress. I see my surgeon in two days so we’ll see what he says
