Yes, but it was gradual build up for me. Apart from some daydreaming I can't say I was very horny for the first 6 weeks, as I was left 30% erect for that period. That doesn't sound too bad but in my experience that meant being very hard 24/7, and with mild but distracting discomfort that I couldn't really ignore. You would think that a perpetual erection it might encourage some antics, but any kind of sex remained a distant dream until I was activated and started cycling. Yes it has still not abated for me, nor do I want it to. The strange thing is that it has also fired up my wife's libido. She is 8 years younger than me so I think she may have been suppressing it out of sympathy for me.
