Floppy glans, undersized?

Hi guys,

I had surgery on 6th November, titan 20cm, no RTEs, infrapubic.

Cleared for sex by surgeon at 4 weeks, tried for the first time last night and couldn’t penetrate at all. I notice a lot of guys here say you can feel the tips deep in to your glans, I can feel mine just at the bottom of the glans. As you can see from picture glans droops down when inflated. Am i definitely undersized or is it too early to say and I may see improvements in the coming weeks?

mine were fully inside the glans by 3/4 directly immediately post-op

you have to wait 2-3 months to be re-operated, in the meanwhile do cycling and use ved

3 days postop here and, yeah, I can definitely feel the tips about 2/3 to 3/4 to the end of my glans… I’m sure there’s some variation based on different guy’s anatomies but may be worth getting a second opinion from another surgeon, if for nothing else but your peace of mind.

I have a Rigicon and was under sized after a year had to have a new one put in ..went from 13mm x 17cm to 13mm x 20cm. Right rod started coming out from behind the glans and tried poking out of the skin.

my first was a little under not terrible could penetrate easy enough but scare tissue was bad had a hard time getting tips in 2nd one better doc no problem might ask your doc and see if tat was a problem just a thought

At only 1 month post surgery, I think it is too early to say for sure. In reality it’s too soon to do another surgery. In the interim I suggest cycling aggressively for the next couple weeks. If the tips don’t migrate towards the glans in that timeframe, then you definitely have a stronger argument with your surgeon for a do-over.

Jim, good to see you posting. You still happy with our dr? I'm approaching the 3 year mark. Been considering getting a "nurse" appointment for a review. At least to verify that the surgical team is working together.

Since this is about being undersized & OP does not disclose who his dr was. I'll throw out my worthless opinion. Titans can stretch in lenght a little. So does the CX. Sizing can be a tough decision. This is why dr choice is so important. With good training & knowledge most of the top drs use "aggressive" sizing. Though they don't advertise it very much. Basically, if you are very close to the next size. They will "round up" so to speak. Their experience has taught them approximately how much the brand they use will stretch. Then they plan on that stretch to happen. Plus in some men the end tissue might stretch a little.

Best that OP can do in my opinion is to cycle as aggressive as he can tolerate hoping his Titan might grow enough. But looking at the picture. I suspect he'll need a revision & most likely a more experienced dr.
