How big is it? I’ve had one that appeared about 3 weeks ago that is almost as big as a tennis ball. ChatGPT leads me to believe ones this big can take months to go away if they ever do. Can you not move the pump around at all? Mine completely cocoons my pump but I can push it out if I need to pump.

I can massage it out. Fluid also pushes up into the left side my penis. Seroma also surrounds my entire pump, it’s about the size of a large egg.
When I do massage the fluid out I feel it move up around my reservoir.
