Does Dr. Kramer implants LGX and Coloplast, or is it CX only?

Postby whatevery » Wed Dec 03, 2025 3:21 pm

It seems like all of Dr. Andrew Kramer's patients that I see on this forum were implanted a CX. Am I getting the wrong impression that CX is the only thing that he implants?

Here's Kramer's youtube channel.

I went through a few of his videos and the ones i saw seem to be AMS like you said. Some doctors do have exclusive agreements with certain brands. But you could reach out to his office and ask.

Edit: I just clicked on this video and he is installing a Titan here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=coKtnvFrH2s

It may be that he's not a fan of the LGX specifically. There are some docs who feel that the LGX is a bit of a gimmick, appealing only to the male desire to have an implant also grow in length.

What is perfectly clear is that your anatomy is your anatomy. If an implant actually extended in length beyond what God gave you, there would be catastrophic results. Therefore, an implanted LGX that claims to also expand in length can and should only be as long when inflated as any other properly sized implant. The length difference would be only be in effect when flaccid, and for that few mm of smaller flaccid you get a product that has been proven to be not as stiff, hard or axially robust.

Notice no other manufacturer has spent the R&D dollars to compete with the LGX or feel the need to make competing claims.

That's basically true, but if the surgeon is mildly aggressive with sizing, You can get some gain in length. I got an easy 1/4" gain; possibly a bit more depending on the amount of bone press.

Unfortunately a few things here are not true.

1- Rigicon has a competitor to the LGX and its a product that was recently launched and not even approved in USA (trials starting next year).

2- The sizing of LGX does not mean they undersize you on purpose to allow space for the LGX to grow to the same length as a non expandable one. They put the LGX on the same size as they measure, and the LGX later expands up to 3cm more. In the case of rigicon even more. A 24cm rigicon AX expands to 30cm (per their official documents). But this will be installed on measured a 24cm penis, not a 30cm penis. I asked about this to several different doctors and they confirmed about the sizing.

Anyway this is a long discussion that was had many times in the forum before.
