I recommend to start a daily VED pumping routine if you haven't already.
It can help get everything in the best shape to have the largest implant installed that will fit your anatomy.

What's a good daily VED routine for those 1-2 months pre surgery?

How many repetitions for how long?

How many days a week?

There are a lot of different views on this. You should ask if your surgeon has any recommendation and go with that.
Whatever your doctor tells you trumps anything I say, or anyone else.

I can only tell what I did, and if you search the forums you'll find a lot of variation on that.
So, I was already using a VED for both sex and post prostatectomy penile rehab before I booked my implant surgery.
I had gotten to the point that nothing else worked, and even the VED was only a very marginal, partial solution for PIV sex.

Once my surgery was scheduled I started pumping with the VED a minimum of twice a day. I did that for about 5 weeks.
I would usually aim for 20 minute sessions, but sometimes up to 30 minutes. I would pump to hopefully a safe level, but aiming to maximize stretch.
My technique was to pump slowly, to avoid having my balls sucked into the tube, and to minimise any bruising or other temporary damage from overdoing it. Once fully pumped I would just leave it there for the duration of the session, then deflate. I didn't use the repetitions approach.
On as many days as I could I did three sessions, especially during the last couple of weeks before surgery.
I stopped 24 hours before the procedure, and made sure the last few sessions were less aggressive to avoid any injury that might jeopardize things.

My goal is to double up and do 15 minutes in the morning and 15 at night, but realistically I can only manage one session most days.I’m mainly focusing on pumping slowly to avoid any injuries
keeping a steady stretch instead of going too aggressive staying as consistent as possible until surgery dayI’m hoping that even this routine will help me maintain length and maybe even gain a little stretch before my Titan surgery in January. Thanks again, brother this forum has helped me a lot during this whole process.

Haha trust me brother, I’m already on that!
I’m horny as hell and my wife is younger than me I’m pretty sure she’s just as ready.
Once this implant is in and healed, I’m planning to launch her through the ceiling.
If she doesn’t squirt to the roof at least once, I’m asking for a refund! lol Appreciate the motivation man January can’t come fast enough.

Fellas, as the subject says my insurance finally approved my implant.Thank the Lord Jesus Christ. I’ve been really depressed and stressed over this, but I got the phone call today and they told me everything is done. I’m officially approved, and I won’t have to pay anything out of pocket with my plan.Honestly, the depression and the constant frustration have calmed down a lot after hearing the news.Surgery will be in January I don’t have the exact day yet, but she said I should get the date this week.
Any advice or info from you guys is appreciated.
Can’t wait to get this done and finally enjoy my wife again… been a long time, lol.

That sounds fine Nick. I should have added that I've been retired for a number of years, so have a lot more flexibility in managing my time.
Even one session a day can help a lot in my opinion. If you can sneak in another one here and there, great.
Do what you can manage and doesn't cause any stress. Life continues regardless of ED and implants .
