22 Days Post Op Cleared For Cycling. Any Tips?

Postby Irish Lad 34 » Thu Dec 04, 2025 12:57 pm

Had a follow up with Dr Rees today.

It turns out there was maybe 10% water left inside me the past 3 weeks, not 0%.

Anyway he said I seem to have healed fine. He inflated me but it got sore from the mid shaft up to the tip which is where I have lost the most girth, so we could only go to maybe 60 - 80%.

He has advised me to cycle every day. That was pretty much the entire visit.

I told him again it's skinnier especially at the top and asked if it would fill out from cycling he didn't really answer me, which sort of sounded like a "not sure, maybe not" as far as I'm concerned.

He did not say anything about gaining length or girth through cycling.

The bit that I don't get is that he went on to say a surgical capsule forms when they put the implant in. He said it takes the capsule a few weeks to form. He then said its good that you're healing well because the sooner you can start cycling the better, but he didn't say exactly why you're better cycling sooner.

This annoys me a bit because on the last visit he advised me not to touch the implant until I see him again, but did not say why. I personally would have been happy start cycling aggressively on day 10 or thereabouts and now it seems that would not have been an issue at all.

Anyway, I will start cycling tonight.

Does anyone have any tips for cycling for maximum benefit?

What happens if you blow it up to 100% even if its mega painful?

Any decent YouTube videos or Perito exercises etc etc?

On another note he has now deflated me to 0% ans finally the penis is now pointed down and as a flacid it's so much more comfortable and perhaps natural facing down/sideways like this.

Pump it up as hard as you can for as long as you can stand. It will hurt at first, it will become easier and you can go longer as time goes on. Don’t be a hero, when it starts to be quite painful and you find yourself counting the minutes, back off until next time.

When I say “as hard as you can”, use reason. As hard as you can pump with one hand until the bulb is firm and you don’t feel fluid flowing, don’t get both hands on the pump and squeeze until your arms shake. You can overstress the pump and tubing with too much pressure.

When you say "as hard as you can" you're dealing with a mad man here lol. Like I would do my best to go to the point of unbearable pain and leave it as long as possible if I felt like it would recover the most size.

But I will take your advise to go within reason.
