Tip sicking out on the underside

Postby Ljammmm » Tue Dec 02, 2025 8:11 pm

Hi Bionic Brothers,

I have mentioned this in my diary but haven't had any responses so wanted to make it a specific post in hopes of getting some advice as I'm really starting to worry.

The right tip seems to me out of alignment, it is protruding underneath the glans (as in the underside of the penis not within it). When I run my hand along it it seems very prominent like a ridge you can catch on. It feels so unnatural.

This is giving me a massive amount of worry as from my understanding the cylinders soften but the tips do not. Nor do they shift during cycling so if it sticks out now that's just how it will be.

My surgeon is out of the country so cannot get an answer from him for at least a few weeks (likely more with Christmas).

If anyone has a similar experience, any advice or words of reassurance i would really mean a lot.

LJamm, man it’s been less than two weeks, give it time and by all means I would Not pump it up until I saw my surgeon. I haven’t read your posts but have you even been released by your doc to cycle? Your surgeon has got to have left someone to cover for him in case of emergencies, maybe try to contact them.
Best of luck.

It looks like you're bending your glans sideways to make the cylinder tip appear? Is it still prominent without bending it like that?

To me it seems you are massively undersized… you probabily need +4 cm on your implant (unless you have an expanding model like LGX that can reach further)

My cylinder tip is also prominent when I bend my glands. My tips are also located around the same spot as yours. I don’t think this is an issue.

Surely you can only assess this when you’re 100% inflated mate?

Try not to worry too much at this stage.

Bending will of course show the implant. I’m not too experienced in this area but I’d imagine that you’ll only be able to judge when you can inflate to 100%.

You’re in extremely good hands with Professor Ralph so I’m sure he will advise better than anyone here.

Hi all, thanks for the feedback maybe I'm premature I'm my worrying someone on the reddit said they had the exact same thing but working it's way into the head properly after a month of cycling. I will try remain calm until I can cycle and then make a judgement.

Hey mate… dont worry too much at the moment since there isnt much you can do at the moment.

But you will probabily need a revision with a bigger implant since the titan doenst expand in length much

Worst thing to hear right now, but...give it time.

Implants need time to expand through cycling. I worried that I was massively undersized when I got mine and it wasn't until a few months in of cycling that those worries left. Granted I lost a LOT of size due to Peyrones (cancer induced) but...I think you will need to give it time. Once you start cycling and the implants settle in to your biology and as your biology settles into getting used to the implant things might be different.

That being said - DO bring it up with your surgeon - they are better at judging these things than we are. We only see OUR implant, they see hundreds of these things a year.

Best of luck!
