Day 12 after implantation:

On Friday, the stitches were removed, and the doctor (my surgeon's assistant, as my surgeon was currently away) activated the implant. I was shocked! Specifically, I was shocked by how awful my penis looked. There was a large dent at the base on the left side, and it had become shorter.

When I got home that evening, I decided to try pumping it. At first, I didn't pump it fully, and it looked the same. But I didn't stop and kept pumping. To my surprise, the dent began to smooth out and eventually smoothed out completely, which I was incredibly happy about. I was also happy to see that there was still some size loss, but not as severe as I expected. Keep in mind that I had already lost some length after those damned vein surgeries, which forced me to resort to such drastic measures. I've also lost about 1 cm over the last year and a half due to the development of cavernous fibrosis, which I didn't expect, as I was still getting morning erections while taking 10 mg of tadalafil daily. But maintaining an erection was completely impossible. I've been actively using a pump for a whole year! Maybe this could have caused the cavernous fibrosis, but I don't know for sure.

So, I completely inflated my implant, and my joy knew no bounds! I stood up, looked in the mirror, and couldn't believe my eyes! My penis was as hard as it had ever been in my life! Or maybe it was back when I was 17 or 18, when I was bursting with erections and never thought something like this could happen to me at a young age. But the main thing is, it didn't go down! My main problem was that at first, it was difficult, and after the charlatan surgeries, it was practically impossible, to maintain an erection. The angle of the erection is slightly upward, just like before, but there's a reason for that now, which I'll explain below. I think the angle will become less acute over time. The hardness of the Titan is amazing! I don't know what girl could handle such a hard penis! It's simply unnatural. I tried masturbating lying down, but the head never filled up. Then I started gently masturbating standing up and imagining something pleasant. The head of the penis has become very full and thick, almost as thick as before, which also made me very happy, but as soon as I remove my hand, blood immediately flows out of the head. It feels like the Titan is so hard and rigid that it squeezes all the blood out of the penis. Many of you here know that I hesitated for a long time between the Titan and the CX. Now I understand that the CX's hardness will be quite sufficient. I was also unsure about the loss of girth with the CX. Professor Gamidov assured me that the cylinders of any implant model don't swell 100% inside the tunica. Today I pumped the implant again and confirmed this. When I pumped the implant in the doctor's office, the cylinders were much wider. Girth will ultimately be affected by your residual erection.

By the way, I still have my own erection in the morning, even without taking tadalafil, which was a pleasant surprise. But for now, it's painful!

On the very first day, I kept the implant inflated for an hour, and I can say that the pain I experienced is nothing compared to what I've already endured. It's tolerable. As for sensitivity, my penis is completely numb, both top and bottom, as is the incision area. I had a complex surgery with painstaking and very dangerous work with scar tissue on the dorsal side. And I'm very worried about whether even partial sensitivity will return. I think it will take a long time, possibly several months.

Yesterday, I inflated the implant again, and, as they say, it didn't last long. The dent at the left base became even more pronounced. Afterwards, I began palpating the area where the surgeon removed adhesions and scar tissue near the ligament to free my penis, as it felt like it was tied to my pubic area with wire after the negligent surgeries of charlatans who must be eradicated in the future. I just want to wipe them off the face of the earth! So, on the left side of my penis, at the base, I felt a hard lump that starts on the side and extends right into the pubic area. It's preventing all the tissue inside from fully expanding. I got scared and wrote to my surgeon, to which he replied that it was tissue swelling that formed after he created a channel through the penoscrotal approach to access the ligament and dissect the scar tissue and adhesions at the level of the Buck's fascia. And it really does look like a channel.

I hope it goes away. But for now, I'm worried about creating another adhesion. Professor Gamidov strongly advises me, despite the pain, to vigorously cycle the implant twice a day for an hour at a time. For now, I'm only able to do it once, as after cycling, both my penis and scrotum ache intensely, as if someone had placed a 16-kilogram weight in them when I wash it off. Lying down makes it much easier.

I also wanted to ask you guys if you've ever had a problem where the sides of my balls, where they touch my legs, feel like they've been rubbed raw, but there's actually nothing there. I applied some panthenol, but it didn't help. Then I sprinkled some baby powder on them, and that helped a bit. I need some thick underwear that would separate my balls from my legs. Right now, I'm wearing regular boxers, and it looks like my legs are bowed.

I pumped the implant again today, and it looks a little better. The swelling from the surgical canal (I really want to believe it's just swelling), the swelling of the scrotum, and the swelling of the penis itself are still there. My penis is completely numb, and the head only gets engorged when I stand up. In fact, I feel like the Titan is squeezing all the blood out of my penis. I really hope this is temporary.

I'll continue pumping daily through the pain and hope for a full recovery. There's no turning back. And it's better than sitting in the hell of ED and a ruined life, fearing, waiting for a miracle that will never happen, and not deciding to get the implant. The first day I inflated it, I felt my head being freed from the unbearable thoughts that had been destroying me for the past three and a half years. I immediately needed everything! I've already bought a running watch and new Adidas racing shoes, the latest model. I'm praying to God that everything will be restored this time and that I'll have the opportunity to try this thing and my new running shoes soon. Honestly, even given my current situation, it's like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders!

I'll keep you updated and write an update a little later.

After debating CX vs Titan for such a long time you finally did it man. I'm proud of you finally pulling the trigger. I do like your approach of doing the detailed research, setting up your own correct expectations. All the best on road to recovery and getting control back of your life. I hope things will only get better from here.

I see. Thanks for sharing your story.
I read that you were unsure deciding between CX and titan, what you think were pro and cons of each one and what helped your decision?

After my research, I could write an entire encyclopedia about choosing between CX and Titan. There are a huge number of pros and cons, on both sides. I didn't want to lose my girth if I chose CX, but while I was considering it, I ended up losing length. Could anyone else please tell me if they've lost length after Titan implants? Will I regain at least some of it after a few months of active cycling?

I am in the middle of my third week post surgery.
I used to use the VED religiously. As a result, my erections are already longer than my normal ones pre surgery.

So, I really, really swear by my VED use.

Oh, and I got a Titan.

Hey Anton, it sounds like things are going really well! Not perfect maybe, but nothis is ever perfect.

I also have "dent" in my penis with my Titan, about halfway up my shaft on the left side. It's not visible, but you can feel it if you run your hand along that side. Not a big deal, it seems less pronounced the harder I pump up the implant. I think these are just natural wrinkles & bends in the cylinder material and a consequence of how they lay deflated, and the material has some degree of "memory" for them as it's inflated.

I also agree with you on the Titan's hardness -- it's obscene, in a good way. Whoever designed this implant was like "I don't want to make men as good as they were naturally, I want to turn them into anime-porn fuck demons!"

I really don't know what woman could comfortably handle an even average-sized Titan when inflated to the max (though I'm sure some do!). I don't even know if it would be comfortable for me to have sex like that.

21st day after implantation:

I inflate for an hour or a little more, twice a day. On the left side of my penis, where the surgeon mobilized tissue to access the upper part of the penis from the penoscrotal approach to dissect the scar tissue, a hard tension band has formed. It starts in the scrotum, wraps around the penis first, then upward, and extends to the upper part of the penis at the base, toward the pubic bone. It's like a wire is tied around the left side of the penis at the base. This is a post-operative growth, right where a dog's ear should be. Consequently, the fold of the cylinder has nowhere to go, and this growth has pushed the fold upward into the midsection of the penis. So, the fold is now on the left side, not on the side at the base, as it appears on the right, but at the top of the penis in its midsection. This is the main problem right now, because this hard, deflated ear presses directly on the neurovascular bundle, causing severe pain when standing or walking.

I contacted the surgeon yesterday. He told me it was post-operative, post-traumatic tissue swelling where the mobilization occurred and where he created a channel to access the scar tissue. He recommended continuing to pump for an hour, twice a day, but avoid massaging or pulling the area, as I had been doing previously. His recommendations were cold, hunger, and rest. So, last night, I simply began gently pumping everything and very carefully bending my penis at the base. Before that, I was pumping extremely hard and began pulling my penis in different directions, like the Perito exercise, massaging the tensor abdominis and stretching the collateral ligaments like strings. By the way, does everyone else experience this: when fully inflated, the collateral ligaments become taut like strings, preventing the penis from extending further?
I was, and still am, a bit concerned that this tensioner on the left side would scar over, leading to complications, but the surgeon assures me it should go away over time. It's important to remember that I didn't have a standard implant procedure, but rather a complex, reconstructive surgery, so to speak, after the intervention of those bastards who ligated my veins. And in the area where the surgeon worked on the scar tissue, all the tissue had already been altered, and lymphatic drainage was disrupted, which is why I now see this thing on the left side, which is really bothering me and bothering me.

As for growth, it's hard for me to estimate yet, as it's only been three weeks. And I've only been cycling for less than two weeks. I've probably only gained a couple of millimeters in length, as well as in girth. That thing on the left is still holding my penis back. Regarding girth, I can say this: when fully inflated, the girth is much smaller than when 50% inflated. Surprisingly, but true. When fully inflated, the Titan squeezes all the blood out of the penis. I tried masturbating and managed to achieve orgasm with partial inflation of about 30%. At this level of inflation, the sensations are pleasant, and the penis fills nicely with blood.

With daily cycling and full inflation, if I lie down, I experience almost no pain, but as soon as I stand up, I experience quite severe pain in the glans, perineum, shaft, and especially in the area where the scars were excised. It's simply impossible to walk or stand for long periods with a fully inflated implant.

The skin on the penis itself is still swollen. There's also swelling and, for now, complete numbness in the incision area, the lower part of the penis, and the area where the deflation button is located.

The surgeon managed to hide the pump behind my testicles so that when I inflate it to the maximum, it's almost completely unnoticeable. It's as if it's not even there. And this is considering my small scrotum.

Now, regarding the Titan itself: When fully inflated, it's so hard that this thing is definitely not for sex, but for going to Siberia and chopping down trees with your penis. I don't know what such hardness is for, because firstly, it's uncomfortable for me, secondly, there's no blood flow at this level of inflation (based on other guys' experiences here, it should get better with time, I know), and thirdly, at the moment, I can't imagine what kind of girl could withstand it. It'll be very painful. All the guys I've talked to inflate their Titan to 80% for sex.
When inflating, the pump still feels very hard. Sometimes better, sometimes worse. I hope it will soften with time. I do about 25 full pumps, and then add about 10 more partial ones over time. My reservoir is 125 ml. I was worried that even the one-touch Titan pump would make a croaking sound like a classic one, but now there's a barely noticeable sound of fluid flowing when the pump returns to its original position. And it's almost completely inaudible and not bothersome. I don't know how it will be in the future. The pump is quite small (I think an AMS would be more bulky), and I squeeze it with two fingers to inflate. But for someone untrained, it will be difficult; it requires a lot of pressure.

Now the worst things about the Titan, and specifically in my case:
I seriously think Coloplast should be sued (I'm surprised no one has done so yet) for calling their pump "one-touch" and marketing it as such. Because it's blatantly deceptive. This technology doesn't work with the One-Touch pump! I wrote a post about this before the implantation, when I met with an AMS representative and he had a Titan. Then I discovered that the MS-Pump deflates by pressing and holding the release button for 2-3 seconds. After that, you don't need to hold the button down. The One-Touch pump's release button, however, requires you to hold it down the entire time, and also squeeze the cylinders. It's also hard to find the release button on the Titan; it's hard to imagine how elderly people do it. Please tell me how you deflate your Titan, if you have a One-Touch pump. I think someone here mentioned doing some kind of tambourine dance, after which it supposedly deflates itself.
I'm not just saying this casually, but in comparison to the ms-pump at AMS. When I was at my surgeon's appointment, a guy I already knew came in for a checkup; he had an LGX implant installed in April of this year. When he came into the doctor's office, a nurse came out and asked me to come in too. This guy thought his distal end wasn't fully aerated (he also had distal cavernous fibrosis), which is why the glans was mobile. But it turned out to be fine, the apices are in place at the glans, and he was just confused because he has a large glans. His penis looks amazing both inflated and deflated. It looks much more natural and comfortable than the Titan. And when he pressed the release button, released it almost immediately, and his penis descended on its own, I finally realized the advantages of AMS were non-negotiable. Compared to Coloplast, it's like night and day.

I spent a long time choosing between CX and Titan. Ultimately, I decided to go with Titan, considering my unique, tragic case after vein ligation. Also, the fact that LGX is imported to our country with Inhibison, while CX is only available without Inhibison.

Now I realize that if I had chosen CX, I would have been driven crazy by the loss of girth and length, and I would have thought Titan would have been better at stretching my scar tissue. And also the lack of Inhibison, which is very important with cavernous fibrosis. Each has its pros and cons.

But everything would have been fine if it weren't for these terrifying dog ears, which currently hurt terribly and press on the tissue from the inside. Especially on the left. It's a real nightmare! I can't imagine how I'll live with this yet, and I'm hoping that the post-operative swelling on the left will go down, and that this dog ear on the side will at least become as prominent as the one on the right, and it won't hurt so much. I just hope it gets better with time.

Right now, my deflated Titan is pointing forward and won't go down properly. I'll also wait for it to get better. It feels like someone shoved a plastic Coke bottle into my penis, which wrinkles when I deflate the implant. It's incredibly unpleasant and causes great discomfort and pain, especially when deflated. That's why sometimes I don't even want to deflate it, because I know I have to press and hold that deflation button while my penis gradually turns into a crumpled Coke bottle.
How I'll live my daily life with this is completely unclear. And especially unclear is how I'll continue to do my cyclic sports: running, road cycling, and skiing. I can't imagine my life without it!

I won't even mention having sex anytime soon. Sex? I just want to lie there all the time, not get up or walk around because of the pain and discomfort. Because of the feeling of this hard plastic in my penis, I can't lift it up, sideways, or bend it, as it causes pain. Now I slightly regret not choosing the CX. With it, both the erection firmness and probably the girth (which is what I was so worried about) would be on par with the Titan. When deflated, it would be much more comfortable to live with, and deflating it would also be much easier. Now, for those who doubt their personal opinion and the difference between the Ams and Coloplast, which no one clearly discusses here on the forum: inflating the soft silicone Ams cylinders and feeling them inside you as your soft penis turns hard, like during a natural erection, is probably much more enjoyable than inflating this plastic dildo called the Titan. But here we are. Both implants have their pros and cons. I'll get used to it and hope it gets better with time.
I was prepared for a complicated surgery with postoperative surprises and a very difficult and lengthy recovery period. Now I'm prepared to be patient and wait as long as it takes. I hope all this improves so I can return to my normal life and finally start having sex.

While I was writing this, my implant was inflated. Now I see that two hours have passed.

Yesterday I was helping my dad assemble a closet and couldn't even stand for 15 minutes. Today, I spent about four hours assembling the dresser myself, and things were much better. I'm still walking with a bowed leg.

I take Ketorol at night, which really helps reduce the pain and helps me sleep. Today, I also added ketoprofen as an anti-inflammatory, and that also provided relief.

Today, my surgeon posted my case on his Telegram channel, where he explains that he had a very great responsibility when he operated on me, since of all his patients, I am the most well-read and knowledgeable in terms of implant surgery. I have consulted with all the world's leading implantologists, I constantly operate according to the meta-analyses I have studied, and I can lecture many implant surgeons. :) But I must admit that during this time, I have truly studied all the available literature on implant surgery, spoken with all the leading surgeons, and probably already with a couple hundred guys with implants.

Anton, have you tried keeping the implant slightly inflated to eliminate the dog ears? That seems to be the standard answer most Titan users come up with.

I don’t have significant dog ears, but then my implant never fully deflates. Because he wanted to make sure my 28cm implant had enough fluid, Hakky sightly overfilled the reservoir to 130ml. I mentioned to him it doesn't get fully deflated and he agreed with my assessment that some of that extra fluid is not fully returning to the reservoir or sneaking back into the cylinders. It’s not a big deal, and probably why I don’t have the sharp ears many do.

Hi, Discovernew! it's too early to think about sex because I had a major traumatic surgery and now I have a long and difficult recovery ahead of me. I'm still in shock from these horrible folds of coloplasty, and I still have severe pain, but I pump twice a day.

The pump is very well hidden. As for the tubes, I can't judge yet because there's swelling in that area, but the tubes protrude slightly from the scrotum in the middle where the incision is, but it doesn't seem like much to me. They don't extend onto the shaft of the penis.

How are you with Rigicon?

Day 42 post-surgery:

Today is day 32 of cycling my Titan, twice a day for an hour. Sometimes a little longer. I pump it up completely and start doing Perito exercises. Afterward, it softens a little, and I can do another 3-4 pumps. I pump like this for about 3-4 times over the course of an hour. Finally, I do a couple more mini-pumps. I wait 2-3 minutes and deflate the implant.

Today is the first day I've stopped taking ketoprofen, but I still continue to put half a Ketorol tablet under my tongue at night. I also finished taking Opti-Man sports vitamins from Nutricion today, which I started taking two weeks before surgery and continued for 41 days after surgery.

There are days when there's almost no pain, and then there are days, like yesterday, when the pain is so bad it's painful to walk. The main pain is in the shaft itself, near the tube leading to the reservoir, and after the implant is released, the pain occurs in the right side of the anus, where the right extender is located. The pain that woke me up at night has gone away. I'm also pain-free in the morning.

But overall, my condition immediately after the surgery was better in the first few days than it is now, in that I could take hour-long walks outside. Now I try to walk outside, but it causes pain and sometimes sharp shooting pains here and there.

The swelling in the right side of my scrotum hasn't completely gone down, and I think it's persisting for so long because I'm constantly pumping with my right hand.

The swelling of the surgical canal at the left base of my penis, through which the surgeon cut the scars, hasn't gone down yet, but it's lessened. It still pinches the left cylinder, causing folds to form on either side when deflated. When pumped, a small indentation is also slightly visible on the left side at the base, but it's not particularly critical. I really hope the swelling in the canal goes away.

The tube that leads to the reservoir runs right next to the base of my penis, and when I cum, it feels like it's catching the right cylinder a little, but that's also not critical.

The pump has become significantly smoother, but it now makes a noise when pumping, which wasn't there at first. It actually hums like a goose. But if you pump while slowly squeezing the pump, the noise is almost imperceptible. Moreover, lying down also makes less noise than standing up. I start with about 30 pumps. Then, during cycling for an hour, I add another 10-12.

Regarding deflation of the implant, it's a nightmare! I knew before the surgery that the one-touch system at Coloplast doesn't work, which, by the way, all the surgeons who work with Coloplast carefully keep quiet about. But I didn't think deflating the Titan would be so difficult. I hold down the deflation button and simultaneously squeeze the cylinders. If I don't squeeze the cylinders, but simply hold the button, the fluid flows out a little and stops at a certain point. You still have to squeeze pretty hard. But do you think that's all? Of course not! After the fluid supposedly returns to the reservoir, I swing my penis back and forth to refill it with the fluid still remaining in the proximal part. And then I have to press and hold the deflation button on the pump again, which, fortunately, I have no trouble finding, thanks to my surgeon, as the pump is positioned very conveniently. And I have to repeat this three or even four times. Then, press once to lock the valve in the pump. This takes forever.

After this, the penis sticks out slightly downward and forward. It doesn't hang naturally like an amnesiac. Only after about half an hour or an hour does it hang more naturally downward, but still slightly forward, which was always my natural position before. Hiding a Titan from a girl is simply impossible due to this. I don't know how some people here write that they manage to hide the presence of a Titan. I think all these people are simply Coloplast agents. Although, I personally know guys who have been successfully hiding the presence of a Titan for a long time.
Today, a friend of mine, who received LGX in April from my surgeon, sent me a video of his implant deflating and the appearance of his penis afterward. It's like night and day compared to Coloplast. He presses the button on the ms-pump, releases it almost immediately, and his penis goes down on its own. Finally, he only squeezes the remaining fluid out of the cylinders with his hand for 1-2 seconds. Basically, the Titan's deflation is killing me!

I found a video on YouTube that shows you need to press the deflation button gently, then lower it and squeeze your penis with your hand. The valve will remain open the entire time. After the deflation is complete, give one mini-pump to close the valve.

https://youtu.be/L47-bomE8Lo?si=2WK36mGISH_6WI7w

I just tried it today for the first time, and it worked. But it's still slower than holding the button down.

Now, about the penis itself.

When pumped up, it looks like a shovel. It's swollen even wider, and when I fully inflate it, it actually takes on the appearance of a surfboard. After 41 days, I've regained my full girth, which is now 16 cm (6.3 inches) with blood. The length hasn't increased as much, only 0.5 cm (0.2 inches). Now it's 15.3 cm (6.02 inches). But if I bend my penis forward slightly and measure the length, it's 16 cm (6.3 inches). I press the ruler into my skin a little, but not too much; it doesn't reach my pubic bone.

With blood, my Titan looks like a killing machine! It really does look powerful! A powerful, thick penis. I dread to think what would have happened if I hadn't lost the length. The guy who sent me a video of himself deflating an LGX today, after seeing a photo of my penis, said I have a penis like a horse's. Another guy with an LGX, after seeing my photo, said it was a nutcracker and that it was dangerous to cross paths with me. Let me emphasize again that an inflated Titan with blood filling it really does look impressive.

Perhaps I'll upload a couple of photos later.
But that's all there is to it.

I don't want to deflate it, because after deflating it, it turns into an unnatural thing with hard angles inside that press on the tissue from the inside and cause pain. I deflate it, squeeze it, and feel how this damn hard Bioflex with its folds begins to press on the tissue from the inside. Immediately after I let go, my penis feels like something incomprehensible with dents and protrusions at the base. I'm sure this is because one of the cylinders is compressed by the postoperative canal on the left. But then the folds gradually begin to straighten out on their own, and the penis takes on a completely natural appearance. When my penis fully deflates after deflating, it's not as long as the penises I see here on the forum after implantation. It's the same as before, maybe a little longer. But it's really thick, like a sausage hanging down. The folds are completely invisible. And unless you know it, you'd never know there's anything inside. But that's until you touch it, because the deflated Titan is still hard! And that's what I dislike most, and what bothers me most 24/7. The feeling of hard plastic in my penis is terrible. But you'll have to get used to it.

I often asked a ton of questions here before the implantation, regarding the feeling of the Titan when deflated. Mostly, everyone said yes, there are dog ears, but you can get used to it and it's nothing to worry about. I have dog ears, but you can't see them. They're inside.
I really want to contribute to this forum and explain something to those who are still considering which implant to choose. Touch every part of your body and you'll realize they're all soft: your arms, legs, face, chest, head, even your knees and elbows. But your penis, balls, and butt are even softer than all of these body parts. Everything there is delicate. So, with Coloplast, your penis, even when deflated, will be harder than the rest of your body. I'm not kidding. It's really true. If you choose Titan, you need to be prepared for this, so that after the surgery you don't say to yourself, "What the hell did I let do to myself!" Well, I don't have protruding dog ears yet, at least not yet. It's very uncomfortable and very unpleasant. It's hard to imagine kissing a girl and what she'll think when she presses herself against my wooden penis. Thank God, it's softening a little every day. But it doesn't even come close to comparing to a natural penis or AMS implants. Let me explain it simply: when I inflate the Titan, it goes from a hard, floppy penis to a swollen, erect one, and sometimes it's so hard it's truly excessive. I'm sure inflating the AMS is much more enjoyable when your soft, floppy penis turns into a hard, swollen, erect one.

So far, the Titan is very uncomfortable in everyday life. Even getting in and out of the car feels unnatural. My penis doesn't bend. Bending over to tie my shoelaces, bending over, sitting down, and standing up—all of it is uncomfortable right now. Clearly, I'm not used to it yet. The reservoir also feels a bit inside me, even when getting out of bed or lying down.

My biggest concern is how I'll continue to do endurance sports with all this stuff? It's hard for me to imagine.
I'm also wondering how I, a guy who's lived to be 38 and still single and without a relationship, will be meeting girls.

I can't wrap my head around it right now.

Now, regarding concealing the implant under clothing, I consider myself very lucky that my deflated Titan is as thick as a shovel, but still docile. Now I mostly wear sweatpants and regular boxer shorts. And it's definitely visible. It's a noticeable bulge that sometimes catches my eye. It looks funny, but, as they say, it wouldn't be so funny if it weren't so sad.

The first time I put on my 502 Levi's, I tucked my penis sideways. I was invited to a birthday party, and I realized it was just trash. I didn't know where to look. But the second day, I put on even tighter jeans and managed to hide my penis pretty well, pointing it straight down. Yes, there's a slight bulge, but it's not that noticeable. Because I was wearing fairly thick boxers. I think the 501 Levi's button-downs would be better.

I've also tried on my running and cycling shorts and tights. I bought specialized x-bionic combat compression briefs with good compression specifically for them. Yes, the bulge is definitely visible, but it's not that big, and the briefs are very supportive. But of course, my dog ears are starting to hurt more because they're more prone to breakage. I don't know how long this will last. If I do recover fully and can start running, cycling, and riding, and get back into my running and cycling circle, many of whom ask me where I've disappeared to, to which I reply that I had another vein operation and am currently undergoing a difficult rehabilitation. They'll definitely wonder what the hell kind of surgery he had when they see me in my running gear. But after all the hell I've been through over the past three years, I don't care anymore. Let them think what they want.

I remember when I consulted with Clavell, he said that his younger patients often choose Titan, while older patients prefer Ams. Well, I disagree with this, as I believe that CX or LGX, which my surgeon favors so much, are much better suited for young, active people than Coloplast.

Now I understand why Wolfpacker and Frank replaced their still-functional Titan with CX, and they're happy about it.

By the way, I want to note that the folds in the cylinders have become significantly softer! If before they were like the sharp corners of a hard, crumpled plastic Coke bottle, now they're more like rubber folds. If they continue to soften, God willing.

As for sensitivity, it's only just beginning to return on the underside of my penis and around the incision. It's already been significantly lost on the dorsal side, thanks to those damned charlatans. Furthermore, after using a vacuum pump for a long time, my penis skin has darkened. This is pigment. It will take a long time for it to become even half a shade lighter. I'd like to ask you guys if any of you have encountered this problem and know of any effective remedies. I've found out that niacinamide and azelic acid are used in cosmetology for these cases, in the form of ointments and serums.

As for my mental state, in the first days after the surgery, I truly felt liberated from all that three-year-long oppression and nightmare. Now I'm still struggling mentally, as I don't yet understand how I'll return to a normal social environment and live with this. And most importantly, how I'll meet girls or continue communicating with those I already know. I'd really like to have a serious relationship with a normal girl, but right now it's hard to even imagine who would accept that.

As I'm writing this, I'm thinking to myself, "Damn it, starting a relationship with a normal girl—it should all be normal and natural, but how difficult it will be now with this thing between my legs!" On the other hand, when I didn't have it, I couldn't even think about talking to girls because that's where it always ended. For the last year, I haven't wanted to take 300 mg of Viagra because it would kill me.

Before the implant, I was dating a very attractive runner, but we weren't intimate yet. She's incredibly slender, petite, and very skinny. Now I realize that even if we had sex and I managed to hide the implant, I'd simply destroy her with my Titan. How would I tell her I had the implant? She'd think I was playing a prank. And if I openly showed her that it was real and how the system worked, I'm sure I'd have to call an ambulance because she'd faint.

Considering all the Titan's drawbacks, and there are many, I certainly regret not choosing the ams CX, which is truly more comfortable to use and in everyday life. Even if I lost a little girth with the CX, it would be a less serious issue than all these inconveniences with the Titan. But in my country, there's no CX with Inhibison, and the LGX definitely wouldn't have suited me with my thickness and the hard scars inside after three horrific surgeries already. I had a whole algorithm in my head for choosing an implant, given my complex case. One of my thoughts was this: what if the surgeon suddenly opens my penis, and the scars inside are completely untouchable and no corrective procedures are allowed, because this will lead to complete destruction of the penis and I will no longer need the implant, as he warned me about before the surgery? In that case, the Titan would be better, which will have a better chance of stretching the internal scar tissue over time. But Professor Gamidov is truly a virtuoso; he overcame all these difficulties and managed to perform a complex reconstructive surgery, for which I am very grateful. If I had chosen the CX, I would have had to add an extender 1 cm on the left and 2 cm on the right, and then the tubes would have protruded more from my scrotum, since it is small. Also, the CX lacks Inhibizon. I had a complex and lengthy surgery. And if I had developed an infection afterwards, I would never have forgiven myself. Although I know that people get CX implants without inhibizone and everything goes well. But I know it's bad if you have diabetes, which I don't have, and cavernous fibrosis, which I did have and was quite severe.

So, for now, I'm still negotiating with myself whether I made the right choice. I'm trying to distance myself from it so my brain can gradually get used to my new bionic penis.
38, Active, athletic, marathon runner. Clipped after vein ligation. Tried embolization, wich not help. Long time choosing between CX and Titan. I ended up getting a Titan One-Touch 22 cm with a 1 cm RTE right. Before implant 6,4/6,3; after 5,8/?

AntonS wrote:Day 42 post-surgery:

Hey AntonS. Regarding your pains:

1- The pain in the anus (funny name, pain in the ass basically). Is normal. I had this exact pain but on my left side. I had this pain maybe 3 months until it finally went away.

2- When you say the pain is near the tube going to the reservoir, you mean you feel pain in the reservoir area as well or in the penis? If it's in the penis, it is very possible that these are the famouse "dog ears" from coloplast. Very likely when the capsule forms, it will go away.

3- Pump noise. My pump is noisy at all times unfortunately, maybe this is a little bit luck if you got a noisy one or not. Do you have the OTR or classic?

If you want to hear how my pump sounds, it is something like this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7FIiMXDdifg

4- 42 days is still too soon to have regrets. Give it minimum 3-6 months to have conclusions. Things in general losen up a bit after your capsule is formed.

I wish you a fast recovery!
