Does anyone here regret getting an implant?

Injections still work fairly well for me. Ive used them for nearly 7 years and sick of it. Now I can get just one erection a night. Im tired of running to the bathroom for 10 minutes before sex. Tired of making sure I've got them on me. Tired of bouncers asking me what they are.

Fuck it. Im old enough to go all or nothing. Get that bicycle pump in my slug now.

Interested in following your story. Ive just turned 40 from Essex and too have seen Dr Ralph, who advised me to carry on using pills and possibly injections as they work somewhat. I think ultimately I will need an implant though in the long term. Have you been given the go ahead by David?

Well I've not been implanted yet but my logic is if you're not that bothered using pills or injections dont implant. You always have to consider if some magical cure is discovered five years from now.

I'm not happy with injections anymore and so I now feel prepared and old enough to commit to this permanent solution. I have had the go ahead by Ralph as I've tried practically everything there is and I'm at peace with the decision either way. Injections don't cut it for me any more.

Also I get what you mean about a magical cure- but thats unlikely and what's more unlikely is either a huge deterioration in mental heath or the ED. Because Pills work for some men and injections/implants are what they are there doesnt seem to be a big market for an ED medication that just works without stimulation or other factors but also isnt invasive. We do need something that has the effectiveness of injections but as a pill, because Pills arent that great.

Im not holding out on any miracle. Soon as it really startsaffecting me consistently Im going back to Ralph.

What did Ralph advise you?

Absolutely! There are folks on here who have had conversations with Hakky, who works with Coloplast, claiming they’re working on making the Titan’s tubing out of the same BioFlex material as its cylinders, which are hella strong! This should be available by 2028-2030, which is obviously not far off. This seems to be very “hush, hush,” as Grok wasn’t aware of it, speaking more broadly of advanced polymers and biocompatible coatings. This is all being driven by an increase in ED among men of all ages, and even sex change procedures.

Like I said, the tech for implants can only get better, and positive changes appear to be around the corner.

Sounds good, but its holding out until then I guess! Im 40 now. 2028 would be worth it I think as that's only just 2 years away basically.

I think the 4th layer added by Rigicon is already proving to be a revolution in the modern IPP design innovation. I haven't heard any malfunctions in this group.

Mate, I'm gonna be honest. Your ED sounds bad. I can have sex pretty well with injections. I probably get about 30 mins of a good dick out of them atm. I used to get hours though which was great.

But even with 30 mins I'm not satisfied. Im not happy with the lack of spontaneity and the side effect of the pills is a no go for me.

But if you're only getting 5 to 10 mins with pills then that's not good enough in my view.

I can't advise you to get an implant bevause I myself haven't had one yet. But I'd say seriously consider it. You're late 30s already. It's old enough.

Yes I think ive been fortunate that my partner has been very easy going sexually, like I say itlld have only take a partner who wanted lots of sex, or on top, or to change positions and id be going soft even with high doses of pills.

Pills dont see to get past anxeity/stress or the nerve sensation pain with the pelvic floor.

I may try injections again.

Do you use invicorp or caverject.viridal?

My concern with injections is missing. You cant miss with a pill but if you miss with an injection its embarrassing
