Terrified, lost 1 inch post op, lgx 18 +1

Talking to Dr Hakky today he told me that with a LGX they have to undersize you by 2cm because the LGX will lengthen by 2cm and if they don't undersize you then the implant could erode through over time. So I would say after the implant is healed and you start pumping up fully you will most likely gain back your length.

quick update after 2 years:

I think the size now is stable at about 13.5/14 cm. What I have noticed is that now for the first time I reach a point where the pump goes flat, it never happened before. I usually do like 60-70 mini pumps.

In this long two years it never happened, the pump would stay hard after 70 mini pumps and never went flat. I also noticed a slight less hardness, like the tunica is more stretched now and doens't apply much resistance (i am using the VED and inside the VED i can reach 15 cm, I started two years ago inside ved at 12.5cm).

I hope it's not because there is some leakage: but if there is leakage I think in a less than a month i would probabily notice as i will be able to pump less and less fluid. Hope not, I don't want to go to surgery again

Thanks for sharing! how long did it take you to recover your pre-op length?

About the pump going flat, i think it's quite normal once your penis grows enough and you end up using all the fluid in the reservoir. It happened to several members of the forum and it doesn't mean you have a leakage

Hello everyone,
following a terrible accident I lost all chance to have an erection. So I got implanted 2 weeks ago.
Before surgery I was about 14 cm in length (5.5 inches) in full erection (I measured this 2 days before surgery using the vacuum).

The doctor with infrapubic method installed me with a LGX 18 + 1 cm Rear tip on both side, with 90 cc reservoir (on the surgical measurement doc said I measured about 19 cm total so he went with LGX 18+1, i don't know proximal and distal measurement).
Now after two weeks from the op I am starting to cycle, and I can give something like 4-5 pumps and it seems I can't pump anything more because the pump is too hard, and I also start to have pain in the glans.

I am shocking to see that I am now at about 10 cm (about 4 inches) of length so it seems I have lost something like 3-4 cm (more than 1 inch in loss) in length: I am completely terrified.

Please guys tell me something before I lose my mind.

I read that the LGX 18 should extend to +3 cm, if that's true it's like having an implant of total size of 22 cm. Can I be so short with this ?

You need to give yourself time to heal. Two weeks is way too soon to begin pumping. You're still probably quite swollen around the base of your penis and your fat pad. Give it time.
