Well, I am now three weeks post-surgery and things are healing nicely. I've been pulling down the pump into my scrotum as suggested and actually using Dr. Perito's method for this. I'm scheduled for my urologist to activate the pump and start cycling on Christmas Eve, but he also said that if I had no pain, soreness, swelling and/or discomfort, I could come in and see him as early as next week.
Today it has felt different. As I've previously written, I am not partially inflated. Today, it feels as if the cylinders have been saying to me: "Let's Go, Pal! It's time to pump...you up!"

There is almost like a pressure in my penis that feels like it wants to grow and/or get hard. Anyone else feel that during your healing process?
Okay, now a big question. My wife has been totally supportive and has started talking to me in a sexual way again. She's beautiful and sexy and we were pretty sexually active up until the last couple of years when I was battling cancer...twice. So, we just kinda turned off the "sex machine" for almost two years. Not even foreplay or anything because it was just too frustrating with my hard/flaccid state from chemo, diabetes, etc.
So, now we are a couple of weeks away from activation and maybe three weeks away till I'll be ready for a test drive. I'm going to plan a trip somewhere warm so we can lighten the pressure of re-entry

.
My question (well looking for advice, actually) is how did those of you who are married handle this? How did you get back into a sexual life with your wife? I could use some direction/suggestions here.
And, as always, thank you for your positivity and insight.
Vincent, I’m glad you’re almost back in the saddle or you are already back, I’ve been off of FrankTalk for a few days.
I was cleared at 6 weeks, but because of the pain that I was experiencing when I started cycling my implant at 6 weeks, I waited till 8 weeks to try and have sex.
The night we had sex, I pumped up ahead of time, so I would be ready. I think I pumped up to my max, but those early days it was hard to tell what level I had got to. I think I was pumped up for at least 20 minutes before we started foreplay and by that time my dick was starting to ache with pain.
It was awkward but I’m glad we tired. I had to email my doc the next day, because my dick throbbed with pain for two days, I thought that I had done something wrong.
He just told me I had over did it and to take baby steps.
Vincent, it keeps getting better each time.
Yes, use lube to help with the penetration. My wife started hormone replacement pellets a year and a half ago and now she gets super wet when we start foreplay so I don’t usually use lube any more, but on occasion she might be a little drier and then I’ll break out a small amount of lube.
It just keeps getting better and better each time. My wife likes for me to be ready, so I pump up ahead of time like the single guys do when they excuse themselves and go to the bathroom to pump up. It feels good to be hard when I jump in bed and start rubbing my dick on her nice ass.
My wife likes my Bionic dick super hard, so after I’ve been pumped up for a while I’ll give it some more pumps before we start banging! And sometimes, if it doesn’t feel right I’ll pull out and give it some more micro pumps.
I hope that helps, all of us are different and heal different, I’m glad I got through the pain and started enjoying sex again with my wifey.
You’ll do great Vincent,
Your Bionic Brother,
SWorks
