Question regarding Coloplast comfort
I have a question for my fellow implanted. I have Coloplast IPP. I’m 8 months in. Recently, I read something that basically said at 8 months, I should no longer feel the implant and that it should be comfortable. But when deflated, I feel it constantly. It’s not painful, but it’s uncomfortable. I am aware of it 24 hours a day … at night and during the day. Most of the discomfort is near the top where it’s feels hard, stiff and full. This is magnified by the sensation of being bigger than I was before so it is always rubbing against my cloths. Was the article wrong, or should the discomfort have receded by now? What are your experiences?

Re: Question regarding Coloplast comfort
I had my implant one day after you. Also a Coloplast Titan. Dr Eid uses a penoscrotal approach.
Are you able to cycle to absolute maximum size and stay there comfortably for a long time? If not you might have been sized a bit more aggressively and might need to cycle to stretch things out a bit more. That way when you are deflated it will be a bit more comfortable.
About a month after surgery I realized I was forgetting about the implant more and more. Most of the time I do t think about it. It has become the new normal. It’s comfortable. I notice it at times throughout the day but not constantly.

Re: Question regarding Coloplast comfort
I’m at five weeks, and when deflated I don’t really notice it, other than the fact it’s larger flaccid than pre-op. It’s also a little more sensitive, sometimes I wear a baby sock over it inside my boxer briefs. The first few weeks I had to be pretty careful how it sat in my briefs, but that is becoming less of an issue over time. I do try to alternate between a left and right hang, in order to keep things from “taking a set” in any one position.
I don’t know why some guys keep feeling the implant inside, have painful dogears, etc, while others don’t. Maybe it comes down to how sensitive your nervous system is in that area. I know over the past few years after a decade of Trimix my penis seems to have become less sensitive, so maybe that’s a factor. I’m hoping over time I will regain that sensitivity now that I’m not on the injections.

Re: Question regarding Coloplast comfort
Im pretty satisfied with the comfort of mine. The only discomfort is if I leave him pumped up for hours then deflate then get dressed.

Re: Question regarding Coloplast comfort
I had surgery a little over a month ago. And all this time, since I started cycling, I've been regretting choosing the Titan over the CX. Because the Titan is very uncomfortable for everyday life. Before this, I'd thought many times here on the forum about which implant is better for an active lifestyle and sports. Everyone wrote that there wasn't much of a difference. I don't know why everyone tests so much. Maybe there just aren't any athletes here. But now I can say with 100% certainty that it's much more comfortable for everyday life and sports. I can't yet imagine driving on the highway, building, skiing, stretching, and yoga—it's out of the question. After all, even getting in and out of a car is difficult. I understand that I'm not used to it yet. By the way, just 2-3 weeks ago I was absolutely crazy about these sharp edges in my penis. But now they've smoothed out a bit and everything is getting better. I've calmed down a bit. I can still feel the 125ml reservoir when I bend over. The main discomfort is in the folds. The inflated Titan looks great! But I don't want to deflate it, because immediately after deflating it, it turns into an artificial penis with dents and creases. But after half an hour or an hour, everything smooths out, and the folds are completely invisible, since it's a thick penis for me. But if you touch it inside, I can clearly see those damn folds. There's also a crunchy rubber inside, similar to the crunch of fresh snow underfoot. In general, after deflating the Titan, I try not to touch it, so as not to get upset.
38, Active, athletic, marathon runner. Clipped after vein ligation. Tried embolization, wich not help. Long time choosing between CX and Titan. I ended up getting a Titan One-Touch 22 cm with a 1 cm RTE right. Before implant 6,4/6,3; after 5,8/?
