Broad question. Flaccid, pumped up, immediately after surgery, after several months.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott,and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast with Classic pump 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong

Size, before and after?
87 years
Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.

Right after implantation of my penile device I was hideously stumpy. Between the bruising, incision, and swelling it was downright embarrassing to myself. But now feel pert like a rutting buck.

Before cancer? Quite long and thick. 7.5x6.25
Before sugery? Decently long and average thickness 6.5-7x 5.5
Right after surgery? Probably 5" x 5"
Now (just about a year in?). 6" x 5.5"

Cancer took a lot of length and functionality through Peyrone's and deformity from Bimix injections (scar tissue).

But on the other side of the coin I am 100% functional again - so I'll take that over being large and flaccid. :D
48yo gay married male - Size before = 7.5" x 6.25". AMS 700 CX implanted 12/9/24. 18cm + 1cm RTE and 18cm + 2cm RTE (current 6" x 5.5" - shallow crus).
