Been implanted with a Rigicon malleable for over 2 months now. It took 9 weeks for the stitches to fully heal, so far I've had 2 weeks to finally break in my new member. I'm overall satisfied with the results. Here is the breakdown for each category.
Recovery
The boring period where you have to keep your penis tucked upward and refrain from sexual activity. Glans are swollen and stitches sting. Every time you cough, sneeze, urinate, etc., you can feel your penis clench around the rods. Driving was awful, the seatbelt waistband always overlapped with my stitches area. Defecating was a chore as well, since I usually have to urinate at the same time and with your penis always pointed upward... Thankfully, urinator jugs come in handy. Shout-out to duke_cicero for that tip.
Comfort
This is far less uncomfortable than I anticipated. It does not feel like I'm walking around with an erection. I still feel "flaccid". There is still soreness/pain at the head when bending the implant down for a prolonged period. I couldn't keep it bent down for more than a few hours the first few days, but each day gets progressively better. Now I'm able to go 7 hours before needing to tuck it up in my waistband for some relief. Otherwise, I don't notice the implant when going about my day.
Size/Appearance
This one was kind of scary. Right after surgery I noticed ~0.5 in length and 1.25 in girth decrease. Then weeks later I was 1.5 in shorter length-wise. My penis also began having a surfboard appearance. Obviously, I was messaging my surgeon frequently lol. He assured me that everything will look more normal when engorged, since everything I'm seeing is without engorgement/arousal. And to my relief, after anxiously waiting for 9 weeks, most of my size returned.
May be too early, but as of 11 weeks, I only lost ~0.5 in length and 0.25 in of girth. The girth preservation was very surprising, it's visually unnoticeable from my pre-surgery size. In my case I put on 1.25 in of length and 1.0 in of girth when engorged. I always thought with MPP you have a fixed length/girth regardless, but not in my case I guess.
Concealability
With a good pair of compression briefs/boxers it's 95% concealable. I have no issues bending it. However, for me there is spring back. it needs pressure/outside force to keep it bent down. I cant simply bend it down and have it independently lock downward. Here is how it looks with normal boxers and basketball shorts.

Compression boxers + work pants. Looks very concealed in my opinion.

Hey man congrats, with the compression boxer its truly well concealed.
Few questions if you don't mind
- when you say you lost only 0.25 girth, you mean while aroused or not (considering you gain 1.0 whne aroused) ?
-what is your full size now?
-how its axigial rigidity?
-when touching your penis can you feel the cylinders?
Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar
