How many pumps does it take to fill a Coloplast Titan 20cm?

I don't have a Titan. But I suspect the pumping results will follow the same path as my CX. As I was working on my cycling. Total pumps could go up into the upper 20's range. As my pump got broken in the pumps slowly lowered until I now max out at 15 plus a few partial pumps.

Just saying that to be aware that where you start at likely won't be the number that you end up at.

It is a journey, takes awhile to get to the destination. Same for size recovery.

I believe that it depends upon the RTE extension. I have larger ones and it's I'm probably in the 20 or 25 pump range. YMMV.

My Titan OTR 24 cm initially took about 30 pumps to inflate fully. That number increased over the years to a little over 50 pumps after four years. The reason that the number increased is probably the I have a weak tunica, which slowly gives way, so that ny shaft slowly becomes thicker and thicker, creating more space for the cylinders.

I don’t actually think the RTEs affect the number of pumps, since the are not inflatable.

Im 3 months post op and when I first started cycling I got to 45 pumps within 2 weeks. Full disclosure: many of those were surely beginner pumps... half pumps. I obviously am not counting non pumps or pumps where I send the bulb flying (less of those these days thankfully)
These days I get about 35 full pumps and while cycling, after about 5 minutes I can get 5 more and again after another 5 minutes I can get 5 more full pumps.
I still haven't gotten to the collapsed bulb, empty resetvoir.

I have a 28cm Titan, the largest made. It depends on if I do full pumps or half pumps (which I often do on the theory that stressing the plastic of the pump bulb less might help longevity). I'd say it takes between 25 and 35 pumps to full inflation.

Once fully inflated if I wait a bit I can often pump more in as things stretch out. I also found that if I rotate my grip on the pump and press the bulb from a different direction, I can often get more fluid through the pump.

Next time I cycle I'll do full pumps and count them and update this thread.

I don't think your tunica is "weak", I just think over time the pressure of the cylinders is stretching them out, which I believe is normal. I would think with a truly weakened tunica you'd start getting erections that are less hard.

It’s my doc, Dr. Eid, who tells me I have a weak tunica, and that’s why my shaft slowly keeps getting thicker. Long-term, this is a potential problem. Before my tubing broke recently (which is an unrelated issue), I no longer got quite as hard as I initially did after getting the implant. I kept pumping till the pump went flat, indicating that the reservoir was empty. At that point, I was hard, but I wouldn’t call it rock hard. At my upcoming revision surgery, he will put more liquid in the reservoir than the first time around, but if I keep getting thicker, eventually that won’t be enough either.
