I’m one day out from my implant surgery and wanted to post an early update, especially for anyone preparing for their own procedure. I also want to thank everyone here who has encouraged me or shared their own stories — this community really does make a difference.
Kiwias, Congratulations on your surgery and all the best on your recovery. The many surgery updates folks post here are definitely useful as it shows how things progress over time after surgery and helps set the expectations for people who will go though with this in the future.
I noticed two interesting points from your signature. One is that you gained significant length and some girth by using the restoreX device. Could you please share your protocol of using the restoreX device that allowed to achieve so much length gain? I would like to gain some additional length before my surgery.
My girth is very similar to yours. Did you get a regular Titan or a narrow base Titan?
The protocol developed gradually over time as I figured out what worked for me.
1. Getting a good grip
I purchased the Comfort Grip separately, and it worked reasonably well, but because my girth is on the smaller side, I would still slowly slip out at higher tension.
I solved this by using tape at first, and later added a silicone solution that worked even better.
I bought a silicone penile sheath and cut a small band/ring from it. I applied one layer of tape just covering the top of my shaft and the base of the glans, placed the silicone ring over that, and then added another thin layer of tape on top of the ring. This combination gave me all the grip I needed and also acted as a cushion, making higher tension much more comfortable.
2. Warm-up and setting the starting notch
I always did a five-minute warm-up before starting the actual 30-minute session. I began at a comfortable notch and clicked up as soon as it became possible.
Whatever notch I could reach within the first five minutes became my starting (or “primary”) notch for that session. Only then would I start the 30-minute timer.
I moved up notches aggressively during session. I never waited for the white ring but instead clicked up once I could see the black of the rod.
3. Ending each session
After the 30 minutes, I did a five-minute “wind-down” by returning to my starting notch or the one below it and locking the device so that my penis was stretched but no tension was being applied. During this five-minute period I massaged my penis to help with circulation and recovery.
4. Supplements I used
Throughout the process, I used:
Tadalafil
Trental
L-arginine
Citrulline
Vitamin E
Curcumin
These were mainly for general penile health, circulation, and tissue support.
5. Pre-surgery taper
Two weeks before surgery, I stopped trying to increase tension. Instead, I simply used the device locked at the level that had been my usual starting notch. This kept me stretched without causing inflammation.
I stopped even this gentle stretching three days before surgery.
I can't answer your second question yet but will see the surgeon this morning and ask him.

Looks like I got the standard girth.
Took the info from the welcome pack and fed it through chat GPT which I have been using as a coach / buddy throughout my preparation.
This is the interpretation it came back to me with, edited so I can post it here.
Implant Sizing Details After Surgery (Titan Classic)
I wanted to list my implant sizing details for anyone following my journal or for guys trying to understand how sizing translates into real-world outcomes.
My surgeon implanted the Titan Classic using the infrapubic approach.
Cylinder lengths (each side):
Distal: 11.5 cm
Proximal: 9.0 cm
Total: 20.5 cm
RTEs: None used
Reservoir: Midline, 100 mL
I’m really happy with these numbers. Getting no RTEs was a big plus for me because it means the entire length is inflatable cylinder, which usually translates into better rigidity and fewer potential mechanical issues down the line. The distal length is also on the longer side, and the proximal length shows the corporal bodies were fully dilated.
The “zero-degree distal” setup simply means the tips were placed in a straight orientation rather than rotated, which is standard when there’s no significant curvature to correct.
From what I understand, a total cylinder length of around 20.5 cm typically corresponds to a final visible erect length in the 7.0–7.3 inch range for someone with my pre-op measurements, especially once cycling is well underway. Obviously it’ll take months of cycling to see where everything settles, but based on the numbers I’m feeling very optimistic.
I’ll keep updating as things progress, but wanted to get these technical details up for others who might find them useful.

Hey man, congrats on your IPP and successful surgery! Hoping for a quick and uneventful recovery so you can get to enjoying it as soon as possible
Diagnosed with venous leak after having ED majority of my life. Grateful to have some answers, and considering both MPP and IPP as options.

Day 2 Update
Thanks again to everyone for the support, it really does help.
Things are still going very well. I actually managed to get some sleep last night. Once the IV was stopped, I drifted off and got around three solid hours in bed, plus another few hours dozing in the chair.
This morning, when I got up and started moving around, I realised I was no longer walking like John Wayne. Everything felt a lot more normal, and the pain and discomfort were minimal. Peeing is fine — I do have to strain a little because of the partial erection, but it’s manageable and everything is working.
I saw my surgeon and his nurse today. He examined me and said everything looked good, and advised me to take things easy for the next few days to help with swelling. I still have a slight bend from my Peyronie’s, but he said the RestoreX had basically corrected it and that it should continue to straighten out, especially once cycling begins.
His nurse then gave me some basic tutoring on how the device works and showed me how to pull down on the pump. She’s going to do a video review with me in about three weeks, which is when I’ll be allowed to start cycling.
After that, they removed my drain and discharged me shortly afterwards.
The rest of the day has mostly been resting and snoozing. I iced for a couple of hours. I also went out briefly to buy a pill box, as I’m on a fair amount of medication at the moment, and picked up some tacky sports tape that works nicely for keeping everything supported in the upright position.
Tomorrow I can take the bandages off, so I’ll finally get a proper look at everything. I’m also very much looking forward to a shower. Apparently baths are allowed after day three since he used both stitches and surgical glue.
I’ll keep updating as things progress.

Post-Op Update (Bandages Off – 8am Thursday)
Day 3
I’m now about 40 hours out from surgery (I came out of the OR around 4pm Tuesday, and it’s now 8am Thursday). I’ve just taken the bandages off and had a shower, so I finally got a proper look and feel around.
There’s a reasonable amount of swelling around the fat pad but surprisingly little bruising. Visually everything looks good, but the sensations are definitely strange. The skin on the shaft is pretty numb, the glans has reduced feeling, and the whole penis feels “flat.” No real engorgement yet, so it doesn’t feel like an erection — just a firm, swollen, slightly numb version of itself.
When I squeeze the left cylinder, I can feel a sort of gurgling sensation. Not painful, just unusual. I’ve seen others mention this early on, so I’m assuming it’s normal.
I was able to find the pump easily, and I can identify the parts without much effort. It’s sitting behind my left testicle — which is the smaller one I’ve had for years due to past torsion/orchitis — and the pump basically fills the space back there. If you cup the scrotum gently, it almost feels like a single testicle. I’ve started pulling the pump down as instructed, but I’m not sure how firm I should be with it. Should I rotate or massage it as well? And do I stop at discomfort, or push through mild pain? Happy to hear advice from anyone further along.
Peeing is still fine, bowel movements are fine, and daytime pain is minimal. Nights are trickier — discomfort definitely increases when lying flat. It’s not unbearable, but it wakes me up every hour or so. Last night I got about 3–4 hours before getting up for a painkiller, then spent the rest of the night dozing on the couch.
Now that the bandages are off, I’m wearing jocks with the penis tucked under the waistband to keep it pointing upward. No need for the sports tape today.
Emotionally, it’s all a bit anticlimactic. I’m generally happy, just bored and restless. Definitely not feeling horny during the day, but I did have a string of erotic dreams last night, which I haven’t had in ages.
That’s it for now. Will keep updating as things evolve — and any pump-handling tips are appreciated.

If the waistband causes any discomfort (I couldn’t stand it pressing my glans) cut a horizontal slit in the top of the jock pouch just under the waistband. That still maintained support and upwards angle, but allowed the glans to poke up through that hole and not be squished by the waistband of the jock.
I found wearing a babysock over the penis helped a lot. Otherwise it was too sensitive and uncomfortable.
Congrats on your progress. It sounds like things are going well. Good for you.

Luckily I have no problems in that regard. The glans is still quite numb and I'm not circumcised so I have a natural sock so to speak. My major issue is with bending it upwards. It wants to sit at about 4 o'clock and bending it to 12 o'clock produces 2 dog ears that are very uncomfortable. I can manage a couple of hours at a time but then have to release it back to where it wants to sit.
