I am 13 days out from a penoscrotal Titan.
I'm down 2cm in length although with glans engorgement I should regain about 0.8cm. So I'm really down about 1.2cm. I'm also down a good bit on girth in the upper half of the penis.
My implant is deflated. It feels like a wrap of dead meat with plastic tubes inside.
I am due to see my surgeon in 9 days and at that point he will almost definitely clear me to cycle the device by myself. At that appointment in 9 days I will be 3 weeks and 1 day out from surgery.
Should I just start cycling now ahead of his appointment? I want the best chance at regaining size. Is there risks with cycling ahead of schedule? If I went infrapubic he'd probably clear me by now.

Follow your doctors orders to the letter. Absolutely no one here can tell you differently with anything other than a hunch.
Why not call or email your doc, describe the situation and see if they will give you the green light right now.
But even if the answer is no, you’ll be fine. Lots and lots of guys had to wait to start cycling and they still make gains.
Hang in there. It’s a stressful thing we undertake when we get implanted. But stay the course. Follow instructions. Trust your doctor.

GoodWood is correct. You don't want to risk burst stitches, infection etc.
We know you are anxious, many of us were, but another 9 days won't affect your cycling gains.
I didn't start for 6 weeks, I'm back to pre op size, and my dick works.

Irish, I’m gonna say one thing then I’m gonna leave you to the rest of your recovery:
I’ve seen guys here tell you literally hundreds of times that you need to chill out, recuperate, and listen to your doctor. All of us have been where you are. All of us have insight into what you are going through. Not a single bit of advice has been to tell you to freak out and start cycling immediately, or to schedule your tube replacement surgery, or anything else. It’s just consistently the same thing over and over.
Why is that advice important? Because freaking out about this or that will do nothing at best, but could hurt you at worst. You could do something stupid, as Goodwood suggested. Moreover, the psychological effects of constantly worrying could hurt you, affect how you see the implant and your relationship to it, etc.
You don’t have to take everyone’s advice. But the advice is the advice for a reason. All of us didn’t like what our dick looked like two weeks out. My dick was a black and blue mess with a grapefruit sized hematoma two weeks out. I couldn’t cycle it if I tried. And today I have a beautiful cock. Last night a hot submissive baby half my age came on it about 7 times while screaming how much she loved it.
It’s gonna be fine, man. Chill out, recuperate, listen to your doctor.
Be well, Leto

50. Implanted 5/21/2024 at Kaiser SSF. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

Re: Is It Risky To Cycle Before You're Cleared?
Ditto to all the above comments
The only upside I’ve had since I’ve had to have a revision in less than 4 months after my first implant is this:-
This time round I am as cool as a cucumber waiting for time to pass before I can start the cycling process ….again! I guess this is what you get from experience. You can’t buy time, you can’t cheat on time. So just go with it.
First time round I was freaking out about a lot of ‘what if’s’. It was mentally debilitating and with the benefit of hindsight, a total waste of time. (To be honest my only concern now is the risk of infection, that is about it)
I think most people during this period of recovery have a lot of time on their hands. Problem is it gives us perhaps too much time to think. Time takes time. Try and occupy your mind with more productive thinking. I know, easier said than done at times.
And follow your urologist’s advice!!!

Lol, you are entertaining the toughest part of being implanted,
Your brain and impulses are working against your health your Dr. has different opinions and you still hurt a little and you just want a massive cock and to use it.
RELAX , enjoy the healing process. In a month you’ll feel healed, zonk, no. Because each day will be better than the last. Your equipment wants to mellow out too, every thing will come together it takes time, you have the time, enjoy being a man again.
Cheers brother
