Penile implant with a 100% psychological ED

Postby Marochko » Tue Nov 25, 2025 3:42 pm

Dear Users

For years, I've been plagued by emotional problems that lead to almost total erectile dysfunction. I'm 48 years old and I don't have such enormous financial capacity. In the country where I live and where I was born, Italy, insurance is legalized scams and many, even if paid, will not cover the interventions they said to cover. My erection today is painful and follows hand in hand with the social problems that this country faces every day. The final decision is up to me, but I wanted advice from you before making a final appointment on what to do, since if I feel emotionally failed or somehow defeated in some diatribe, the erection will stop for years even with the best of Cialis.

If you're paying out of pocket, perhaps you could consider doing it in Ireland, India or Poland. I think they would be your cheapest options, costing about €10,000 for a 3 piece inflatable. I believe that is about half the price of an implant in Italy.

this and also if money is tight you could consider a malleable like Rigicon Rigi10, Boston Scientific Tactra, or Coloplast Genesis.
Diagnosed with venous leak after having ED majority of my life. Grateful to have some answers, and considering both MPP and IPP as options.
