A book recommendation on ED and IPPs
Hey guys, I’m not sure if anyone has brought up this book on the forum, but it’s a memoir about ED by a male stripper/escort who goes by the stage name Punisher (he made some headlines in the last few years through the Diddy trials
). I first heard him interviewed on a podcast maybe four months ago and, honestly, his interview and his book really helped get me get to the point that I’m going for my IPP surgery next week. He does a very good job of normalizing and destigmatizing ED through humor and personal stories. Especially for the younger guys out there struggling, I think you’ll find his story really inspiring and uplifting. I know I did. Hell, I was even tearing up at one point. Anyways, anyone interested in looking into it can find his book on Amazon and Audible (I recommend the Audio version, as he reads it himself and definitely adds to the experience). The full title is: In Search of Freezer Meat: A Story of The Male Mental Health Crisis Caused by Erectile Dysfunction and The only True Cure No One Is Talking About...A Penis Implant. By Sharay “Punisher” Hayes. Also, the podcast was The Boyscast #302 (can be found on YouTube)… also a fun listen, hosted by two Canadian comedians. All the best!
45 year old living in Colombia, frustrated by ED for many years, inconsistent results with pills, tried injections but quickly moved on to the idea of a permanent solution. IPP surgery scheduled for 12/4/2025.

Hey,
Yeah, a couple of us guys have mentioned him before and i totally agree with everything you've said. I have read his book and really enjoyed it, there are some really good interviews with him on youtube as well that i really enjoyed. I have even PM'd him on Insgtagram and he happily responds and answers questions, he's a really great guy. I also feel like he's helped me be more certain about my decision to go ahead with it next year,

43, ED since late 20's, Pills on and off since then increasing strengths with inconsistent results. Now 5mg Cialis daily and either 20mg Cialis or 100mg Viagra
Not sure if it's Psychological or Physiological, long-term use of SSRI's probably hasn't helped
