Well, if you've been following along, everyday is a little better. The swelling and bruising is dow significantly.
I went to see my urologist/surgeon last Wed and he assured me all is going as planned. We are scheduled to activate me on Christmas Eve morning and review cycling.
I also asked him about my current size and he assured me that it is due to swelling, bruising and post-op trauma and it will take some time for my size to return....as many of you have responded to my freaking out the first 10 days.
I'm now up to almost 4 inches flaccid; up from 2.5 in the days after surgery. My doc did not inflate or partially inflated me. So this is the true current flaccid reading.
I am hoping to eventually get back to my pre-op hard measurement of about 6.5 L. I feel confident that my girth will be just fine.
So...here is my question for you seasoned Bionics. What is the different measurement length-wise for you between flaccid (fully-deflated) and human towel rack (fully inflated)?
Thank you agai for your support, encouragement and responses.

Day 20...& I have questions
66 yrs old. 3X colorectal cancer and survivor. Twice Stage 4. Between chemo and Type 2 diabetes, it's all taken toll on my ED. Pills, VED, HRT no longer work. No injections for me. Had AMS LGX with Tenacio implanted on 11/4/25. 15cm with 2cmRTE.

All sounds good Vincent. You will likely regain your size over time, most guys seem to.
At 8+ months I don't know that I'm a seasoned Bionic just yet, but there's now not much difference between erect and flaccid.
I currently measure 6.5 inches human towel rack erect and just on 6 inches deflated shower, both bone pressed.
So only about 0.5 inch difference, which is a surprise to me. I thought it was more.
I do have some Peyronie's and if the curve was straightened I would be longer erect.
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC & nerve sparing RRP Mar 22, profound ED since. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED.
Finally implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal.
Recovery great so far but have a bend.

I can’t say what will happen with your length, but with an LGX it does seem a little more likely that your erect length could be better than flaccid, unlike my Titan which is basically fixed length.
Are you saying your doctor didn’t leave you inflated at all after surgery, and you’ve been flaccid since surgery? If so that’s unusual, but I’m sure that your surgeon has reasons for that… maybe related to your diabetes?
If that is the case, I’d guess once you’re cycling and stretching the tissues out, you might see more dramatic gains that somebody who was left partially inflated from the start.

Hi ElbowRoom:
Yes, not inflated at all. It may have something to do with my diabetes, however, he told me this is his preferred method. He practices exclusively at one of the top cancer institutes in the U.S. where I keep almost all of my medical team. I spoke to three of his references who all had the same experience and continue to be happy with their individual results.
Thanks again, as always, for your insights.

I too was left deflated, and it had no ill effect. The difference between flaccid and erect is 1/2" with CX.
