Coloplast and AMS, only offer standard IPPs.

"Ah...I just let Grok explain it to me. It's basically the same as an LGX, offering length and girth expansion. They claim up to 25% length expansion...I can't imagine they can do that and keep strong axial rigidity. Also you can't make a 6" penis 7.5" (+25%), the tissues won't support it.

So what you have here is an implant where the surgeon has to guess how much expansion the implant will undergo, and size based on that. "

If someone had a longer penis and more girth before the onset of a lengthy time of ED , then the expansion in both directions can, in theory ,bring that size back, right ?
We all have seen SOME on here post that they did regain lost size . IDK why others have not had luck with that .
That for me is the only one and only thing that temps me to think about an ipp .
I lost girth only after the malleable and probably some length, as I still had erections with pills and for the life of me i don't remember the measurements I took back in 2016 (for some girl that wanted to try me out) but i am not the same size now and its tempting to go ipp if it would bring back both the length and girth I had .
well with the girth i knew what that was pre-op . the length ,say from from my 20s up to late 50s ,IDK

What is in your opinion a "Dipp"?

DIPP - Dynamic Inflatable Penile Prosthesis. This implant is a real beast according to my surgeon who does 300 implants every year. I’m looking at about 46mm of girth per corpora, and with that 4th indestructible layer my surgeon basically called it a lifetime device. If you want the name of my surgeon and the hospital, send me a DM. I’m happy to share privately, but I’m not dumping my personal details out in public for some AI to chew on and spit back at random anonymous dudes in all corners of the world.

Up to 46 mm girth expansion
Infla10® Pulse™ X and AX models achieve significant girth expansion capabilities, ensuring optimal satisfaction and anatomical fit (based on manufacturer data).

Advanced engineering for durability

Reinforced fourth-layer cylinder design for enhanced surface integrity; Adaptive Reservoir™ designed to fit your anatomy naturally.

If you go with the dipp , best wishes , i hope it holds up long term .
my "fear" is the pump malfunctions and the tube connections or the tubes themselves
they did have problems with the early pump . i assume that has been solved, knock on wood . one member said his pump was annoyingly loud .
hopefully that is addressed too.

Something to consider: the only way that an implant can grow lengthwise and girthwise, is if the cylinder material stretches in both dimensions.

If you take any material and stretch it repeatedly, it is going to weaken. I’m not saying that a DIPP can’t last, but the material needs to be far better engineered in order to have the same lifespan as a cylinder designed around a fixed size. I don’t think we have good data yet on whether a DIPP can maintain the same reliability as a traditional IPP over, say…5000 full inflation cycles.

Everyone i asked so far with the pulse pump told me its noisy (including mine). However, i have not heard any stories about the pump or tubing failing so far. Bear in mind this pump was released in 2024 so it's too early to make any conclusions.

I do know the titan pump/tubing is notorious for failing after 3-5 years. At least some of their batches (apparently the old ones lasted longer).

Ams would be the most comparable to rigicon in terms of technology. Their pump is supposed to be silent (except when deflating, which is a a feature, not a bug). However the cylinders themselves are known to fail around the 10 year mark. I've seen revisions where the layers start breaking and they get stuck to the tissue of the corpus cavernosa, which makes it for a complicated revision.

None of these are perfect so far. And i don't think rigicon is revolutionary to be called a different category of implant to what already exists. However, Rigicon does have bigger girth than the others. And i can say the deflated state of rigicon is very natural (which is the main complaint i read from Titan users)
