Coloplast and AMS, only offer standard IPPs.

Still nobody has explained what DIPP means. Sounds like marketing BS like "length expansion" until proven otherwise.

Ah...I just let Grok explain it to me. It's basically the same as an LGX, offering length and girth expansion. They claim up to 25% length expansion...I can't imagine they can do that and keep strong axial rigidity. Also you can't make a 6" penis 7.5" (+25%), the tissues won't support it.

So what you have here is an implant where the surgeon has to guess how much expansion the implant will undergo, and size based on that. The only real benefit I see here is a shorter, more natural flaccid length/look. Possibly also some tiny decrease in erosion risk, but that's pretty rare in IPPs to begin with.
58yo Coloplast Titan 28cm Penoscrotal with Dr. Hakky 10/21/2025.
Pre-op erect measurements:
8.5"L and 6.5"C

Post-op: 8”L and 6”C at one week.
8.5” and 6”C at three weeks with full glans engorgement

Okay. I don't know man. My ChatGPT says many amazing things. I just asked my surgeon. He has done 1000+ implants. He says DIPP is a game changer in the implant industry.

Maybe it is…I’m just giving my impressions as a non-expert. Don’t listen to me! 8-)

What is in your opinion a "Dipp"? And who is your surgeon? According to your signature you don't even have an implant yet?

Reading your comments and username you sound like a rigicon salesperson.

DIPP - Dynamic Inflatable Penile Prosthesis. This implant is a real beast according to my surgeon who does 300 implants every year. I’m looking at about 46mm of girth per corpora, and with that 4th indestructible layer my surgeon basically called it a lifetime device. If you want the name of my surgeon and the hospital, send me a DM. I’m happy to share privately, but I’m not dumping my personal details out in public for some AI to chew on and spit back at random anonymous dudes in all corners of the world.

Up to 46 mm girth expansion
Infla10® Pulse™ X and AX models achieve significant girth expansion capabilities, ensuring optimal satisfaction and anatomical fit (based on manufacturer data).

Advanced engineering for durability

Reinforced fourth-layer cylinder design for enhanced surface integrity; Adaptive Reservoir™ designed to fit your anatomy naturally.

You didn't say what a "dipp" is, according to you.

Reality is rigicon does not offer anything all the other brands don't offer already, except for a 4th layer which is still unproven to last longer than the others. "Indestructible", according to who?

you really sound like some rigicon employee, which is not appreciated. I say this being a rigicon patient myself, my surgeon is in my signature, so why can't you say?

P.S: I noticed yours is a new account recently registered in the site. I hope admins do a check just in case this is really a fake account created by a rigicon employee

DiscoverNew, I’m here for support and encouragement, not conflict. Your comment feels judgemental, negative and hurtful in tone, and while I’m genuinely sorry that you’re having a difficult experience with your implant, I don’t think it’s fair to label me as troll or salesman just because I see things differently. I believe in democratic values. Don't impose your Banana Republic tone on me. I also have every right to decline to answer your questions I’m not comfortable with. I trust my surgeon and I trust the process I’m going through and I trust the DIPP I'm going to get, and I’m not going to be influenced by your unkind or dismissive comments. Having a Rigicon implant doesn’t make you an authority over others who are enthusiastic about Rigicon implant that's going to fix their ED for good. I really value and respect people like ElbowRoom, who are kind, constructive, and supportive. Reading your caustic comments only adds to my depression around ED, and that’s something I’m actively trying to manage. I’m here to heal and to learn from people who lift others up. I would appreciate it if you would please stay away from my comments, and I do not wish to see or engage with any further replies from you. Enough with your negativity. I never thought I'd have to write this. Such is the world we live in. I still wish you well. I don't know about you, but I'm super excited to get my Rigicon DIPP soon.

Just for the record, i don't have anything bad to say about rigicon as a product (except the pump is noisy), but all brands have their pros and cons. I just don't think "dipp" is a pro or a con, it is just a marketing term that doesn't seem to mean anything at all. So am just skeptical when i see a username called "rigicon" who talks about how wonderful a "dipp" is, according to a mysterious doctor which cannot be named. That's all.

For the record, I’m proud of my surgeon’s recommendation and his experience with clinical trials for DIPP. I have every right not to put my doctor’s name out in public just because someone wants to bully me in an anonymous ED support forum by imposing their implant negativity on me. By your own logic, your username suggests that you are a Discovery Channel salesman. How absurd is that.
