ColoplastTitanUpOver, side note -- the number of pumps requiring a revision was a very small number on a very small list. I'm not a cheerleader for Tenacio, but mine was on the list, and it works fine. No its not being discontinued.

Just a recall and my surgeon has stopped offering it. An additional surgery for recalled serial numbers is not fun. Tenacio has a fabulous pump design, but like with anything new, there will be bugs to resolve in the real world. That said, I sincerely salute all clinical trial participants and beta testers.

The one touch pump idea was a bad one to start with. We don’t need an automatic down like a car window. We just need deflate buttons/bars that are easy to manipulate and don’t take excessive strength. I like the bars in my Classic pump, but I have pretty strong hands.

The single reason I like my OTR is it's silent when inflating. A heard the Genesis squeaks.

My Classic pump does make a faint noise. Maybe I’m weird, but I kind of like the noise. It’s feedback that fluid is moving through the pump, and the amount of noise lets you know how close you are to full inflation. As you fully inflate the pump makes less noise and gets hard.

Anton, I had/have something very similar to what you describe. I’m currently three years into my second revision/third implant. The way I deal with the compression of the hard sides of the cylinder is to keep it partially erected much of the time. Just enough to round out the cylinders to remove the edges. As for the discomfort from the wrinkling and those edges what paid off in the long run was hella cycling. Thank fully I was naturally kinkda thick at the base of my penis anyway and the Titan was able to settle its wrinkles into the re-expanded by cycling base area.
One thing of note is that while I didn’t have the wrinkling issue with my original LGX neither did I have expanded base girth that I have with Titan. It really seems as if the portion of the cylinders filling the base, where the wrinkles are, have really expanded quite a bit as at my base I’m just over 6.75 inches in girth. That’s pretty much what I had back in the day when it was so hard a cat couldn’t scratch it.
I really think that modest inflation and consistent cycling will have you sorted out before too long.

Lol, thats the weirdest explanation i ever heard. I don't need to make a duck/fart noise 30-40 times every time i am infront of a girl and ready for sex. And this is obviously not a feature. It is obvious fluid is being pumped because you are pressing on it. You don't need to announce it to the rest of the people around you.

If would be a feature only if it was for deflation (like AMS has), because there is no actual way to know if the pump is being deflated. Obviously, rigicon does not have this feature. Only AMS has it and it's actually a vibration, not a duck/fart noise like in my case.
