LGX can expand in both length and girth but is less rigid. Suits many average sized penises.

So is the CX basically more like a malleable Implant that just inflates in girth?

Im definitely a grower, so I think the LGX would have to be my way to go. Im smaller than average flaccid, but probably bigger when erect.

How much less rigid is the LGX......is there a sensation dip for him and/or her?

No, the properties of a malleable are different to an IPP. You just bend them into an erect position and vice versa.
There is no pumping involved and implant girth is a fixed size. They are effectively always at their full erect length even when bent flaccid.

My LGX is rock hard for sex if I want it that way. I have full control over how hard I pump it. Some find the CX better for that.
Sensation can change according to how hard I pump it. All IPPs are the same in that way.
The differences between brands, models etc are more to do with best fit for variations in different penises, plus things like different pumps, reservoirs, tubing, connectors and the relative reliability of those things. Not that much different to buying a car, and personal preferences come into it.

I have the CX at 25cm. The LGX doesn't go that long. The Dr. sizes you appropriately. The CX is inflatable just the LGX and is more parallel with the TITAN.

Sorry, I corrected my earlier post. Yes, 21 cm is maximum length for the LGX. There is an XL version listed for the CX with a standard cylinder length of 24 cm, which is what I was thinking of. I'm curious, do you have that with a 1 cm RTE?

Gringoinparadise, I have a CX and haven't found either of those statements (below) to be true. I'm 7" and it deflates to a very comfortable flaccid. In fact, I prefer to leave it 25-30% inflated and even then it's not "too much". Also, I've seen pics of malleables and its nothing like that. I think in the size range you're talking about you can't go wrong with either the LGX or CX. I'm sure the LGX expands more in length, but I did pick up 1/2" in length over time.

I also have the Tenacio pump. Pumps up fast, easy to deflate, works very reliably. I kind of freaked out when I found it was on the recall list -- but then found out that only a very very small number of pumps, on that small list, were affected by an early assembly defect. Mine wasn't. My only complaint was that the pump bulb was pretty stiff during the first week or so of cycling -- then softened up.

You might not have the choices that you think you have. Many drs will automatically use a CX if your measured internal length at surgery reaches 21CM. I hit the magic 21CM but I have a very deep proximal measurement. Either 10 or 11CM. I forget which was proximal.

It seems someone will always ask about the number of pumps. My CX consistently rocks out at 15 to 17 pumps. Considering that I don't have any RTE's. I think that is pretty good. It is all cylinder, 6" girth. I'm happy.

Since I have at least 10CM inside. My erection is unmovable. My body has a death grip on it.

Best wishes on your surgery.

Thanks guys! Just under two weeks to go, very excited, ready to start 2026 off with a bang… pun intended ;). I think the CX will be a better performance option for me, but ultimately I’ll leave it up to my surgeon; he’s the expert. I’ll let you all know how it goes!

Gringoing
The Cx will be your best bet in my opinion. Due to your age and the fact that this brotherhood gets used to being “ showers” pretty quickly, the thing about the Lgx is it Shrinks more then the cx, ie mimics a natural penis more closely. Assuming your surgeon does a good job measuring the Cx will do great. The extenders are primarily used to adjust where the tubes enter main expansion tubes.
just know it takes time. For all the elements to come together, good luck brother.
