I am a 27 year old guy

Hi YKapoor741,

If you decide to go with Tactra, make sure to select a surgeon with extensive experience with Tactra.

Someone shared this WhatsApp group for MPPs, so you can try asking there too. It’s best to hear directly from someone who has a Tactra to cut through the noise. Good luck!

Hey Ykapoor741, this is the first I’ve heard of erosion being influenced by stowage position. Did the doctor go into additional detail here?

My understanding is that the primary erosion risk with malleables is being incorrectly sized - but as long as you’re sized correctly, stowage position shouldn’t influence erosion risk.

Also - I don’t have an implant but am planning on getting one in early 2026, and also planning on it being an MPP like the Tactra.

Generally speaking - dark jeans or trousers with more relaxed fit in the groin should be good + tighter boxer briefs. Darker pants do a better job at hiding bulges on account of the fact that dark colors like black reduce shadows, etc.
