Once you are fully recovered from surgery, can you still physically feel the implant components inside you? Does it ever get to the point where it feels so natural that you forget you have it?

I'm only a month or so in, and already I forget for long periods that I have an implant. It's only when I have to tuck a longer flaccid dick, or feeling it flaccid (deflated cylinders feel a little rubbery inside) or similar times that I notice it. The pain is pretty much gone now, and once the hematoma and associated swelling in my scrotum fully resolve in a few weeks, I don't think I'll significantly notice it as being "unnatural".

Yes. It took me about a year to forget. These days it is just a part of me. Sex is awesome, no worries if I am going to be able to do the deed. No pills, no injections, just pump up and go for as long as I (she) want.

My experience is both yes and no.

Yes, absolutely, you quickly go back to doing things and not thinking about your dick all the time the way you do before and after surgery. It becomes completely “normal” in that sense. And I don’t “feel” it inside me, if that’s what you mean, if I am not poking around with your hand or something. My penis feels like a penis, not like skin with an implant inside.

However, after implantation I am much more aware of 1) having a dick, 2) that dick being much larger flaccid than the cocktail wiener I had prior to implantation, and 3) my ability to wield my hard dick on a moment’s notice if needed.

I just have a much greater awareness of my dick, and a greater desire to use it, than I ever did before. So in that sense it is much more at the forefront of my consciousness.

look, after some time you just forget about it.
I see it like that: you receive a super-power dick on demand and never need to worry about failing or a problem to perform sex, you have a dick on demand.
I have great sex, it feels natural, I get engorgement by having the young hotties and I like how its working, for me it's natural, cause the dick is still the same, what's new, is the mechanism to let it perform, it's like a good car where the machine broke down, you exchange the machine, but the car stays the same and functions again, but even better than with the old machine.
