He mentioned it should eliminate the dog ears and more user friendly pump.

Do you have any benefit in pricing for being part of the test?

Rigicon is already available in many other countries. Its quite good. Difficult to say if their durability is better or worse than other brands as not many years have passed yet. I have the pulse pump and is noisy AF. However, i heard from other people theirs is not noisy. I guess it's hit or miss. Same with titan, some people get a noisy pump and some don't.

The deflated state feels natural and no dog ears. But you can say this about ams as well.

If you are a very girthy person rigicon will give you a better girth than others. If you are regular girth probably you will see no difference.

It is 10k cash only for the trial. I prefer to use insurance and not comfortable being part of the trial so will probably stick with the Titan. I prefer a more natural flaccid but have Peyroines so the surgeon said Titan or the Rigicon. Not sure how long a trial takes then FDA approval.Milf it was under a year, I would consider waiting. The Rigicon pump , despite the noise, seems easier to use and I like the 3 choices for the reservoir.

What about the trial follow-up physician visits? How many free follow-ups?

I don't think you'll have an issue with the natural flaccid look of the Titan. It's slightly lumpy from the deflated cylinders, but you can't really tell that unless you grab it and play with it. It looks very normal. Plus you can add a pump or two and it smooths out all of that and looks very natural and a bit fuller.

A $10k all-in price would tempt me if my insurance didn't cover an IPP, that's basically 1/3 the price of Hakky's normal price. But if I didn't need that discount I'd wait for more user experience in the USA.

Would it be possible to do this surgery right now or why is it necessary to wait until next year?

The follow up visits you get paid from Rigicon. I think 3-4 visits after the implantation. Dr Hakky said it starts in Jan 2026. Thanks ER on the flaccid question. Could I still wear my regular clothes like stretch pants? Can you feel the reservoir? I’m a real thin guy and Hakky already warned me that the tubing might be exposed.
