I think finally I'm getting some reduction of the hematoma. I think the Bromelain (500mg 2x/day) is helping. Also Hakky prescribed 200mg daily of generic Celebrex (NSAID) for inflammation. I used that years ago for shoulder and joint pain, and it was magic then and is magic now. Basically all the pain in my penis and scrotum vanished, and the pain in the reservoir area decreased about 80% after one dose!

I'll be on that for seven days, I think it will really help things along. As a side benefit, I can cycle longer and harder without pain now, so that should help jump start good capsule formation as well.

ElbowRoom, good update and glad to year the hematoma is receding. It may take awhile but will get there. And, towards the end, it'll likely get to the point that its no longer in the way and hardly noticed.

I had a massive hematoma. It went away. In my case at ten weeks it was still there, but not noticeable CC to my sex partners.

As for pain/discomfort, I had it the first few months. Now, I sometimes leave my cock inflated and forget about it. There is virtually no pain from being inflated, even after hours and sometimes falling asleep. If I have discomfort it’s because it is rubbing against my clothes, not internally.
50. Implanted 5/21/2024 at Kaiser SSF. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

Thanks. My hematoma is shrinking, and I don’t really have much pain now. The soreness in my scrotum is gone, basically no pain there. I can cycle to 90%+ hard (which is way harder than needed for sex with a Titan), and leave it there for an hour, which I’m doing twice a day. It gets a little sore toward the end, but completely manageable. I went to work in the office today and it was a non-issue.

My sutures come out on the 26th, and as long as the hematoma keeps shrinking and doesn’t hurt, I am thrilled with my results at this point. I don’t know if Hakky will clear me for sex on the 26th, but I think I would wait a little longer and try to get the incision totally healed since I don’t have a partner at the moment anyway. I know a couple of people who ended up with infections after the sutures came out, and better safe than sorry. I have a lifetime of fucking ahead, what’s a few more weeks? 8-)

Elbow , you have the right attitude, my balls took forever to get to normal. Some of us take longer to heal, all of us need to take the time we need to adapt to our new selves, your doing great. Excited to see the final product, the 28 club president!
