Scrotoplasty with implant surgery

My apologies if this has already been addressed but I searched and couldn't find one! In doggy style, my partner and I both enjoy the sensation of my testicles hitting her body hard. Will the pump be painful for us if it swings and makes a similar impact? or is it typically cushioned enough by the scrotal tissue?

My scrotum is extremely pendulous . I'm wondering if this swinging could be a problem. Would a scrotoplasty to tighten the scrotum be a recommended to stabilize the pump? Any thoughts on the infection risk of adding such an adjunct procedure? Just curious if combining them would increase the chance of a device-related infection.

Not that I asked my surgeon to do it, but he did trim some of the excess skin off my sack during the implant. I still feel my sack bump during doggy. The pump really didn't make a difference.

How far up the shaft does your scrotum go?
Mine was above half way so I asked him to trim it down. Big difference. Really makes your pecker more attractive.
I still have big balls to slap her around with, it really shouldn’t affect the scrotum size while standing. But laying on your side you will notice a bit size difference.

Infection, I wouldn’t concern myself anymore than you already have to.
It did not delay any cycling. Just more stitches.

The only really weird feeling I had was banging in the shower at 3 1/2 weeks. Since then all is good. My pump is at the bottom back side of my left nut. The only thing that seems to make it sore is 45 min treadmill workouts.
