I am 7 months after the surgery, overall satisfied (does the job). The main problem is that I feel the connection, you can really feel the plastic tube in the lower part of the penis (on the right side only). I traveled to Thailand for a month and a half to try the new toy, unfortunately every girl who touched the penis (not the testicles) immediately felt the plastic, which is unpleasant and lowers confidence. From what I've read here, most men say the girl doesn't feel it at all, and some say it's when she touches the testicles. My doctor says it's normal and there's nothing to be done, it's the connection to the rollers. Are there other men who have experienced a similar problem? And does anyone know of a solution?

Do you mean the tube feels like it's inflated or deflated too? My deflated Titan actually feels like a completely plastic dick.

Oren8888, I don't know about a solution, but a workaround might be to let her know you have an implant that allows you to have sex with her in any position she wants, as long as she wants, until she's climaxed as many times possible or passes out trying
