Re: How Much Does Girth Expand?
I haven't measured deflated girth. But I would estimate that girth increases maybe 20% over my penis when flaccid. Mine never deflates to the point of being "floppy", so if yours does then your results might show more dramatic girth expansion.
58yo Coloplast Titan 28cm Penoscrotal with Dr. Hakky 10/21/2025.
Pre-op erect measurements:
8.5"L and 6.5"C
Post-op: 8”L and 6”C at one week.
8.5” and 6”C at three weeks with full glans engorgement

Heres an image of a mans hand holding two nickels representing how big the two clyinders would be in your hand. Do you think this is enough girth?
Yeah easy test for any man getting a titan. Put two nickels in your hand and thats what you will have max.
Also dont expect "blood flow" to add much if anything. Were all here for that reason, our blood flow sucks. Any blood flow will just give you squishy engorgement thats why we have the implant. If our blood flow was good enough for penetration we wouldnt be here would we. The surgery damages your tissues also so you should have less blood flow post surgery.
Yeah it's hard to gauge what it will be like when I start cycling to max capacity. I'm just hoping it won't be terrible. I take it you lost a lot of girth with your Titan?
I had alot of girth before the implant but it wasn't useable. I probably lost a inch of girth and maybe 40% of my total mass. But I was very girthy so its all relative. Without any penile tissue the two inflated cylinders together will be about 5.1 inches of girth. Add in tissue and you should hit 5.6 inches pretty easyly. Thats still close to a inch more girth than the average man so for most men they should be pretty pleased. As for getting to the max size when first cycling it should only take maybe 2 months. Eventually if you "Max out" the implant your bulb will go flat because you have ran out of saline in the resivore.
Theres alot of bad information on this website from alot of hopeful men. As the famous Dr Eid told me "over inflation puts you ask risk for erosion" I myself have had resvisons because of erosion. You need to treat the implant delicately or you could get erosion and its HORRIBLE. Also never leave ANY saline in the cylinders after you down having sex. I dont care if it makes the flacid penis bigger it WILL cause erosion.
Hey - this seems like very valuable information!
When you say you lost 40% of your total mass what exactly do you mean?
Are you sure you'd get at least 5.1 inches with the 2 cylinders pumped to the max? I know guys who tell me they don't get that. I've spoken to at least 1 guy who says he's about 4.5 girth fully pumped although that's what he was before.
So when the bulb goes flat that's when I know I'm fully pumped? I haven't started cycling yet but will be starting within the next few weeks.
Erosion seems like a nightmare and I definitely want to avoid it. If you advise me to fully deflate when not in use then that's what I'll do, even though I hate the look and feel of this deflated penis I have right now.
Right now it's like a skinny rod in the first inch or so beneath the glans. I've measured about 3.6 just there behind the glans although further down the shaft it's maybe 4. Also it's totally flat and just generally terrible looking.

I see. Right now I'm about 3.6 inches just beneath the glans and maybe 4 further down the shaft.
So when I start cycling once it's fully inflated I should be maybe 4.3 behind the glans and 4.8ish further down the shaft, based on your 20% estimate. That wouldn't be too bad. I'd live with that.

I lost length and girth and alot of size in general.
If you have a regular Titan yes 5.1" without any penile tissue. There are a slimer version of the titan (Titan NB (Narrow Base)) but if the doctor gave you that he would have told you. Ive read posts from guys here about being bigger than they have ever been after being implanted with a titan. Guys going from 5" to 5.5".
Yeah defiantly fully deflate even though it looks bad. take care of what you have because it could always get worse and revisions open yourself up to getting a infection.

A lot depends on your internal tissues, the implant is only part of it. If your Tunica can't expand more than X, The cylinders might be able to get larger than X but will be constrained by the Tunica. I think in most cases girth will be similar to original measurements, unless you had a very large girth to start. I was pretty girthy at 6.5", and now I'm 6.0" to 6.25" depending where I measure. I'm fine with it, it looks about the same to me.

Irish Lad 34, We can give better answers if you fill out your signature block with some brief details, similar to others.
I can only relate my own experience to date. I was never much one to measure, but I was just under 5 inches girth pre prostatectomy and subsequent ED. Post implant I was definitely much smaller in both length and girth initially but I don't have measurements. After I started cycling at 6 weeks post op both length and girth increased fairly quickly. It wasn't overnight, but after a period of weeks I had gotten back to close to my original size. I haven't measured accurately for at least a month but last time I did I was just over 5 inches girth. I appeared to be even a little more here and there, especially at the base. That's at 8+ months post op, so it does take time.
