Most natural implant pump?

Given that my partner and I enjoy oral the most and she loves to suck on my balls for a long duration, which implant pump has the most soft, organic, and natural-feeling pump? I want the one that will feel the least like a piece of rubber and will blend in most naturally with my testicles. In other words, which brand offers the most natural pump to suck on from scrotal skin?

I guess my balls are not the biggest so maybe if you have a big sack the pump hides in there better. Mine is obvious as it is the lowest hanging part of my sac. I never had to worry about it moving though

The only one I have any experience of is my own, which is the Titan with the OTR pump. There is nothing natural-feeling about it: a stiff rubber bulb and a release valve with hard, 90-degree edges. So if natural-feeling is what you're looking for, then the OTR is surely not the right choice.

I wouldn’t say that. The classic pump is too small, hard, and round to be mistaken for a testicle, unless your partner is inexperienced.

But who cares? It’s like having a little sexual toy tucked in your sack that can move around and stimulate your testicles. Unless you’re trying to hide that you have an implant. Otherwise, let her (or him) fondle, kiss and nibble to their heart’s content.

Good description. I have the MS pump and it also resembles a tiny inverted hand grenade.
I have a reasonable sized scrotum and my pump stays fairly well hidden unless I'm actually using it.
In some situations, like cold water or cold weather when my ball sac shrinks a bit it may be more noticeable.
I like it, but I can't say that It feels natural or soft and cuddly. Definitely feels like there is a fairly rigid "third testicle" present, but with ridges plus a deflation bar and button attached. I think most of the pumps are going to have similar shapes and tactile properties as they weren't designed for sucking, but I'm sure a lot of them get used that way . Your partner may well enjoy the new experience of one side being fuller than the other .

The Coloplast Classic pump seems to be the most natural.
It’s round/oblong, roughly the size of a large grape, in the ballpark of a normal testicle. It doesn’t have the blocky, squared off portions that some of the other pumps have. (AMS MS, AMS Tenacio, Coloplast One Touch). Those shapes are a give away.

Like all pumps it is much firmer than a testicle but that’s about it.

The other pumps are firmer AND unnaturally shaped (we don’t have blocky, squared off edges in there).

I’ve had LOTS of hands and mouths on my pump in the last seven months. NO ONE thought I had an IPP. One took their mouth off long enough to ask, “Do you have a prosthetic testicle?” I just said nope, and gently guided their head back down. They got back to business and that was that.

As for there being three things in there, I have yet to find someone grab my right nut in one hand, my left nut in the other, and then say, “AH HA!! WHATS THIS??” Everything rolls around in there. They expect two things. They don’t try to analyze and count the contents. Sometimes they are sucking a testicle, sometimes the pump. Both feel great to me. And they seem happy too.
