Pictures of fully functional post procedure AMS-700 and Coloplast?

I'm slowly moving towards the implant. Just scheduled telemedicine consult with Dr. Clavell from Houston. I'm titling towards AMS-700 but still am far from sure.

I did see pictures of Coloplast on this forum but not of AMS-700. Could anyone post pictures of penis with AMS-700 implant once everything is heeled and operational in both erect and flaccid states?

Coloplast would be nice too for comparison.

Welcome whatevery. Some time ago I posted a couple of photos of my AMS 700 LGX at 10 weeks post op both flaccid and erect (see link below).
I have 2I cm cylinders and don't have any RTEs. I'm around average size currently about 6.5 inches erect bone pressed after 8 months.
Everything was healed and fully operational at 10 weeks but still uncomfortable for PIV sex at that stage, although it was improving with each attempt.
Now it's fantastic and has been for several months.

You could also have a look at the "Dick of the day" topic in the "Members only" section.
Quite a few guys have posted flaccid and erect shots of different implant types, penis sizes etc.

p.s. I'm in Australia but I know that Jonathon Clavell is a highly regarded surgeon.
I don't think he's a fan of the LGX, so you may end up with a CX if you go with him and want an AMS model.

I'm at 5". Obviously with such a long instrument I'm not too excited about the idea of losing more length. You think lgx would be better for those purposes or cx? At this point I use Edex which as you might know is not a good thing and not too reliable one too. Implant feels like a good idea.

I basically gave up on dating because of ED and paid help is not overly satisfying, no matter how skilled they might be. So since I live alone I'm a bit concerned about the rehab. I feel like I'd need to prepare for it more than a married guy. Whatever suggestions and comments you may have I'd appreciate it.

Also, I searched the site but I couldn't find "Members only" section, let alone "Dick of the day". I thought I was a member when I signed up! No? Is there is a different type of membership? Some sort of premium one?

I got a Coloplast Titan and there are a number of pics of the entire process, including deflated and inflated pics with measurements at a couple of points in the healing process.

If you can find someone for a live show and tell that will give you more information than any pictures will. To be able to see and feel the deflated state, the pump, the inflated state, and how to deflating is really useful. It helped me decide to proceed.

There is a show and tell post in the implant section. Search it for the name of nearby cities or your state/province/country.

1. Yeah, I used Trimix injections for a while which has Alprostadil (Edex) in it. My experience with injections wasn't great and I'm still dealing with the effects from it. I wish I had never gone down that path.

2. Yes I'm definitely happy with the LGX. It has absolutely given me back my erectile function, which I had lost 100% for 3 years due to PC/prostatectomy. It's actually much better than that because I can pump it up and stay erect indefinitely, which has also completely restored my sex life and sexual confidence. Some guys say the LGX isn't hard enough or can be unstable at the base. In my experience neither of those things is true. When fully pumped I'm literally as hard as a rock. My erection is almost unmovable at the base, even during very aggressive PIV sex with continuous hard thrusting for extended periods. I guess different results may be due to variance in anatomy. The LGX seems to be something of a workhorse for those of us who are of average proportions. No one can give you a guarantee of results but most guys seem to eventually see their size restored, or very close.

3. I can't give specific advice on the CX as I've never had one but I'll try and explain the differences as I understand them. The LGX has claimed expansion properties in both length and girth. Some say that is more marketing than fact but I'm not convinced. I had definitely lost size due to prostatectomy induced ED and subsequent atrophy. When pills, injections etc failed I addressed it to some extent with daily VED use. I kept that up until the day before my implant op, and far more frequently and aggressively once I had booked the surgery in. I believe that helped allow implantation of the longest cylinders suitable for my anatomy. After starting cycling at 6 weeks post op I fairly quickly started to see a return of size in both length and girth. By 10 weeks I was almost back to my pre ED size. I'm now very slightly above that in length, and girth seems more but I haven't measured it recently. I think the LGX properties may have helped but it's impossible to prove that.

The CX only has girth expansion properties and may suit smaller cavernosal dimensions. It's also available by special order in a 24 cm length for larger penises. There are also some claims that it may have fewer mechanical failures that the LGX but I have no data on that. The LGX maximum length is 21 cm, which is what I have.

4. If you browse or search the Implants forum there are quite a few single guys in a similar situation. It might be worth reading their experiences and approach to recovery, dating etc. Mine was easy as my wife knew exactly what was happening, and she was very supportive. Now she reaps the benefits .
