Very Palpable Tubing Around 9 and 3

I had a penoscrotal Titan Implanted yesterday. Still have the mummy wrap on and the penis is pointing up towards my belly but the base is kind of exposed. I was feeling around a bit today and there are hard lumps popping out of the scrotal skin about 0.5cm from the base of the penis at 3 o clock and 9 o clock. It seems like very obvious tubing. It's annoying me. Will this settle down or is that just part and parcel of the penoscrotal tubing? I feel like it will reduce overall penetrative length. It could be very obvious to a partner too.

I'm going to guess that you have a lean body. Having said that. Be patient, I always say to not judge your results until 6 months has passed. At the very least do not measure yourself before 6 months. But for most people it seems 6 weeks is when the biggest part of recovery is done. After that it is all slow incremental improvements that you don't really notice.

I would suggest that as your pump settles that some of the tubing slack that likely makes up what you're feeling is going to be pulled tighter. Some times the pump just takes a while to settle into the best spot.

Congrats on getting through surgery.

I can’t say if the tubing will be a problem for you in the long run. But I know for absolutely certain that lots of stuff will change in the next few months and especially in the next few weeks and days.

Swelling will go down. Things will settle into place. Components will soften.

Shoot your doc a text or email if they are responsive. They can probably give you insight about what to expect based on how they placed the components.

Hey guys. Yes I'm sort of a lean/average build. I'm not mega skinny.

Ok I will try not to feel around too much and hopefully it will all fall into a more discreet position. Would be great if it softened up too because it feels like 2 hard bulbs popping out at the base of the penis.

I'm actually not really swollen which is weird. Hopefully things get better with time. I will try to be patient.

I had a PS surgery last month, and the only tube I can really feels is one running from the reservoir to the upper right side of the base of my penis. If I dig deep with my fingers I can find a tube on the left side at 9 o'clock, but I can't imagine it will be a problem.

Every surgeon does things a little differently, so you end up with different tube routing. I'd echo what others have said, let it settle a few weeks before worrying too much. Also what seems it might limit you might not be an issue at all. Remember, girl parts are quite elastic.

Generally PS surgeries have less visible/palpable tubing, but depending on your anatomy and the surgeon that might not be the case always. If you had an IP surgery it might even be more pronounced. I will admit I'm surprised you could reach any part of your genitals...with my mummy wrap the entire things was hidden under many layers, only the head was exposed.

Agree - give it some time. Tubing does usually settle in and becomes more mobile.

I had infrapubic initially for my first implant and the tubing was very obvious coming off the side of the penis.

Now with the penoscrotal revision, you know its there but its less visible and in terms of penetration does not effect length. Tubing moves out of the way and is not painful for either me or my wife. Haven't noticed difference with different positions either.

I assume you were implanted penoscrotal too? Are the tubes still annoying you? Do they push back with hard penetration or do they reduce your penetrative length to some extent?

Ok. I will try to relax a bit. If it moves out of the way as you say it does then it won't bother me much. If it pushes back to allow full penetrative length then it won't bother me much.
