Week 3.5 post surgery.

I am not allowed to start cycling for another 4.5 weeks - my doctor is worried about my pre-existing scars which may hinder recovery.

He inflated me to about 30%. But, I have been on a trans-Europe business trip for the last week (and will continue to do so till January). I find that I need to deflate my implant during the day while wearing a business suit and having multiple meetings. I re-inflate when I get back to the hotel to what I think is 30%.

I am really worried that I will not achieve my full size potential due to this weird program I am on.

The pain is still there, especially when I change the angle of my penis; when I go to the bathroom, when I take off my underwear for bathing and when I have do any other adjustment.

There is little bit of pain when I walk around naked and 30% inflated, but it disappears after a minute or two.

I really wonder what cycling is going to be like.

Anyone else had to delay cycling till week 8?

Headair123, I did. I had an unusually rough recovery and couldn't cycle until almost week 8. The Dr tried at week 6, but I was still swollen with lots of hematoma. He said he could try it, but would have to really dig around and didn't think I'd like that. So around week 8 we cycled for the first time. I honestly don't think waiting a few extra weeks made any difference.

Thank you, Chuck.

It is good to know that I am not the only one in this predicament.

When I am not deflated, I am trying to stay at 30%, which I think is about 3 pumps right now. Sometimes 4, depending on how deflated I feel when I first start.

In the pictures below, I am at 30% (which I find visually incomprehensible).

Both of my scrotum and fat pad are very swollen:

My scrotum is staying quite huge. I am taking the advice of Elbowroom and wearing compression underwear at night.

Headair123, I'm not trying to be an attention hog, but FWIW, you look soooooooooo much better than I did at week 4.

You have made a LOT of progress in healing. Congrats! I know it’s hard to be patient, but it will all be worth it in the end.

Thank you.

You are giving me a lot of hope. My surgeon keeps on scaring me about the need to operate again if I don't leave things alone.

He is like a cranky uncle!!!

I know. My wife keeps on asking when she can "take that thing out for a ride".

I think she is more impatient than I am.

Along the way, as I go through the recovery process, I have developed a few tricks to make my life easier.

One of the things that I found difficult to deal with is the 30%-inflated erection. Whether I am going to the bathroom at home or out there, if I am not sitting down (which is still a problem because my glans bumps into the front of the toilet bowl), I find myself bending down to make sure I am aiming at the right location.

So, I bought a unisex urination funnel from amazon that I take with me everywhere I go (I carry a man purse at times).

It is really useful and helpful:

Makes the whole process super easy and CLEAN! No splashes or bad aim.
