When I sit up out of bed or bend over I have some pain in the lower right side of my abdomen.
It's like a bruising pain, like I've been hit with a football or done sit ups.
I assume it might have something to do with placement of the reservoir but I don't know?
Is this normal, has anyone else experienced thus? I had a penoscrotal implant yesterday.

I had the exact same pain for about three days. It was getting better progressively until I could not feel it by day 5 or 6.
It is the reservoir. It will go away soon.
If it is still bugging you after a few days, let your doctor know.

Ok good to know. I won't panic just yet so. Apart from that I don't have any pain or discomfort anywhere else. Mild pain at the tip of the peehole when peeing. No pain or swelling in the scrotum. No pain in the penis. Not much swelling in the pubic area.
The reservoir pain when I sit up or bend over is the only thing worrying me. If I go to sneeze I can feel it too so I'm trying not to sneeze.
Could you feel the reservoir if you pushed into your abdomen on the right hand side?

It's the reservoir site, perfectly normal. Remember you just had a big fluid-filled balloon stuffed in there, there is likely bruising and inflammation there.
