This looks like a bad design from a stability standpoint.

The reservoir is built around the base of the cylinders so when flaccid it is stretching out the base of the corpus cavernosa. Then when inflated the base of the cylinder would be skinnier inside the stretched area. That seems like a bad idea.

And the longest size of 20cm will mean a lot of RTEs for many of us. RTEs can lead to a hinging effect.

My thoughts exactly. You’ll be dilating proximally in the flaccid state and thinning it while pumping, so you’ll likely end up with a loosely fitted base and erection, possibly even more wobbly than a malleable. Nonetheless, I applaud the boldness of going up against the other two brands.

I've had the same thought about the stability. I'm curious to see what they will say when they present it.

I agree it's not the perfect innovation, but they tried to simplify the device which i still like.

I hope the new titan which surgeons have talked about will come soon, with no dog ears, indestructible tubing and for gods sake some more comfortable distal tips.

I want more options in sizes (more diameters). A more anatomically correct shape to the cylinders (that will result in a rounder penis, not the flatter oval). Most importantly I want bulletproof reliability. I want tubing that WILL NOT EVER break.

Being on my 2nd Rigicon MPP ..1st one was under sized .. 1st one would bend like it was supposed to ..this 2nd one will not bend and the dr. nor Rigicon will address it ..let's hope those getting their new lined of products will fare better ..

The innovation I am looking for is a huge improvement in durability of the tubing.

Inflating and deflating is quick and easy. I’m not interested in complicating it with Bluetooth or batteries or electric pumps.

I agree. Sure, in some situations it might have been nice to be able to inflate your device by tapping on your phone or your smart watch, but I can imagine many more situations where that would be a hugs cause of frustration: "Where the fuck did I put my phone?! Oh, no, the phone is dead, and I forgot to bring the charger!" One of the things I've really loved about the implant, compared with injections, is that I always have everything I need with me, installed inside my body; nothing to bring, nothing that can be misplaced.

One of the things I haven't loved is the flatness of my new penis. I do miss its pre-implant roundness.

And, considering that my tubing broke three weeks ago, I couldn't agree more about the wish for tubing that will never break.
