Scrotum is doing very well for day 17.
the incision is almost fully healed. But, there is still a lot of swelling and can't see the definition of the testicles (My belly button is wear the crease in my stomach is):

Saw my surgeon today.

Given the extensive travel schedule starting tomorrow, he wants me to wait till week 8 before I start cycling.

As I will not be close to him (I will be back in NYC around early Jan), he wants to err on the side of caution and make sure that I really heal before I start playing.

My question is about your balls, it’s pretty uncommon even here on FT how do they feel to touch? I have small balls and have thought about it someday? Anything you’d would want a brother to know about faux nuts. When the swelling is dn and the tubing conflicts with them? Maybe give up a report

Being on TRT for more than a decade and having a big-balls fetish contributed to some.... "experimenting".

I first started with silicone injections administered by a doctor. That only gave me size and not definition.

So, earlier this year (2025) I made the decision to surgically remove the silicone and get medical-grade implants - not that Neuticles stuff that some people dream about.

The good news is that the size is highly customizable; healthy testicles range in volume from 15 to 25 cc.

I Decided to Go large (although, not the largest that urologists have ever implanted). Fast forward to May 2025, I had the surgery to remove the silicone and implant the prosthetic testicles. I chose a 6 cm x 4.5 cm implant coming in at 70 cc each.
