So I was cleared for sex today and of course my wife and I took the plunge. She was a little uncomfortable about hurting me so she took it easy but mainly wanted to see if I could ejaculate. Hey thanks! I had not heard that complaint much but the head definitely does not seem to be getting as big (engorged) so the tips are making pressure on it. Overall I was happy with the way it went for the first time.

My experience is that it takes a few months for your dick to adjust to its new reality. There was some discomfort in the first few months. But it goes away once the implant and you get used to each other. Eventually it just feels like normal.

Tip: Don’t pump it up all the way when having sex yet. That will take pressure off the glans.
