Congrats on your new implant. I am curious what was your size before the surgery?

24+1 is quite a large size implant.

I was around 7.00" in length and 6.50" in girth before the surgery.

However, I used to be able to get to 8.25" in length within 20 minutes inside a VED at a reasonable vacuum level of 5". I think I had very elastic tissue, which may have cause the surgeon to stuff me to the gills when he measured me on the table.

…I kept on feeling like I was getting repeated hard-ons. It's like my penis is feeling stimulation from the movement and the blood is gushing in and making it a lot harder than when I am just sitting down…

Awesome!! That’s great!! Your penis is getting stimulated by the movement and it sounds like you are getting engorgement. That’s great.

The stimulation feeling will likely calm down as things settle in and the engorgement will probably become more manageable.

That’s awesome!

I really hope so.

When it engorges during my walks it starts getting very uncomfortable. And, I do try to walk for at least an hour everyday.

October 21, 2025 Update

I few things to report on.

First, the skin on my glans and immediately behind the glans has become very dry suddenly. It is flaking and feels like rough paper a little bit. So, I have applied Aquaphor to the affected area and wrapped in cellophane. I think it is helping.

Second, I am very thankful that I seem to have maintained my dimensions (and maybe even made some gains).

at 30% inflation (this is where the surgeon set it), I am pointing at the 4 o'clock position and looking very straight. I hope it softens after I start cycling and fully emptying it.

My bone-pressed length at flaccid (is it really???) is almost 7". Makes me wonder where it will get to at above 90% inflation 12 months from now. (I am super sorry if I come across as humble bragging).

Ok. I am most definitely girthier - I used to be 6.5" when erect. I am going to chalk this up to swelling and I will prepare myself to lose some of this gain...

Day 5

The skin on my glans started feeling very dry about 24 hours ago. It was rough to the touch and felt like rough paper.

So, I applied Aquaphor to it and kept it wrapped in plastic wrap for the last 24 hours.

Today, the entire glans skin malted off like a snake skin and I got back nice smooth skin.

I was panicked for a while. I was imagining loss of blood circulation. But, it turns out that this is expected due to the swelling of the penis.



Right now, my concern is the constant ache at the base of my penis.
I guess I will have to remain on friendly terms with pain meds for a while!

Thanks for sharing! you wre 7 length bone pressed or without pressing on the bone? (that makes a huge difference for me).

That was bone-pressed while erect. Sometimes, it felt more like 7.25". It really depended on how excited I was.

My advice, keep that thing pointed straight upwards in your jock as much as possible. I didn't do that and it healed with some scarring that the inflated penis has a slight downward bend to it which I hate. If I had kept it upright in my underwear while healing I think it may have had a better upwards angle to it when inflated.

Day 17 post surgery.

Still a lot of little pains and aches. Walking seems to make things a bit worse.
The doctor instructed me to stop using pain medications altogether. Not sure I am totally onboard with this idea.

The scars on my scrotum are almost gone.

I still cannot inflate pat 30% or 40% due to the onset of pain.

But, even at 30%, this machine looks amazing.

My girth seems to be maintaining at 7" (which is better than my pre-op of 6.5"). Maybe there is still some swelling and I will loose some of the thickness.

The big boy is also quite straight at 30% inflation

And, lastly, at 30% inflation, my BPL is 7"

I am hoping that with cycling and VED over the next 12 months, I might be able to approach my VED length of 8.25"
