How many have bloodflow issues after surgery?

As the title states, how many of you guys have issues with reduced blood flow after surgery to areas like the head? I already have a pelvic floor issue due to pssd and antidepressant usage. It seems like I get less blood flow there even with cialis and it does not help it is hard for me to get aroused. All of these issues along with ED are why I am considering the implant in the first place. I have been seeing more often posts about an implant erection “doing the job” but not looking natural or naturally plump due to people having issues with still getting blood flow. Can anyone give more specifics about how common this is? I am getting extremely close to going ahead with the surgery but things like this give me major concern since obviously the surgery is permanent. I can deal with recovery and having to stretch back out over months back to normal size but permanent lack of blood flow giving a natural looking erection leads me to being hesitant, especially being I already have shrinkage issues a lot and bloodflow with pelvic floor. I along with most I have read about the last many years have had a little less engorgement initially after surgery as there’s always a little to a lot of swelling which can cause a little less flow. Generally the most of swelling is gone by 4-6 weeks but generally you won’t be using it before that time frame either. Seems that within a few months after implant I was getting as much engorgement as ever I had before. I use cialis 5mg daily or occasionally 10mg on sex days. It definitely helps get that stimulated feeling and a lot of plump up.

From my readings men seem to very happy how their implant looks and feels. I am in that list as well, the only time mine looks alien is right after a good deflate, but within the time till my next piss he looks good.
Sitting in a relaxed state he will have that feeling of comfort and arousal to the point I text my wife and flirt with her.
You will definitely need to work on your pelvic floor after implant.

I’m only 11 days post-op. My experience right after surgery was that my head looked shriveled, sunken, and bloodless. I was worried about that and wondering if that was my new normal. But in the last 4-5 days my head has puffed back up, and my shaft looks a little bigger too. I think initially surgery makes the tissues lose some perfusion and fullness, but over time it seems that things return pretty quickly to whatever “normal” is for you. At least that is my experience so far.
