I am now officially 7 weeks post implant.
The recovery for me was honestly a breeze. I haven't had any difficulties.
As everyone mentions, in the beginning, the pump is difficult as hell to squeeze and it can be a bit painful because there is still so much swelling, but by now all the swelling is completely gone.
My only complaint is that I've definitely lost about 3/4" from where I was pre-surgery. I know people talk about gaining that length back over time, but I'm not really even sure how that would be possible. My penis is basically the same size all the time, whether flaccid or erect as the cylinders inside just inflate and deflate to make the penis either soft or hard.
In terms of length, it doesn't really grow anymore.
Maybe I'll be proven wrong but at 7 weeks post-op with all the swelling gone, I believe what I've got is going to be what I've got going forward and that's a little disappointing but not worse than not being able to get or stay hard.

RobotRomeo, congrats on a continued smooth recovery ! FWIW, post-op I was down around 1/2 an inch compared to pre-op. Now at almost 9mo I've regained 1/2 inch. While YMMV, if I were you, I'd stay with the cycling and whatever else your Dr said to do daily - who knows what's ahead !

Chuck (@Kodixx) definitely good to know and hear that you gained size back. I see it on others posts as well so there must be some truth to it, I guess I'm just not really knowledgeable enough to understand how thats even possible but I guess maybe the cylinders can stretch out some scar tissue or something.
Anyways, I'm still 6" or a little over it post-op and I'm just happy to be able to get hard and stay hard for as long as I want.

RobotRomeo, that's exactly right. Guys tend to sweat measurements, but for our partners the headline is the ability to get hard anytime we want, and stay hard as long we, or she, wants

Hey Romeo!
Congrats on a smooth recovery! Qas your surgery infrapubic? That probably contributed to an easier recovery if that's the case. Also, I confirmed with my surgeon that an IP surgery generally can have a slight 1-2cm smaller result than a PS surgery. The explanation is that the different angle of approach into the corpora makes it more difficult to get the tissue space dilated as aggressively.
If you're not happy with your length result, I wouldn't just accept "you got what you got" at 7 weeks. Keep cycling aggressively, do Perito exercises, and possibly engage a VED with mild ro moderate pressure (my surgeon says that's okay after 8 weeks). I think a lot of guys have seen restored length 6 or even 12 months post-op, so I think you have an excellent chance at further gains.
Best of luck and again congrats on a very good result!
