To see what I mean in my last post, here’s my result as “flaccid” as I can get it. As you can see it’s still very prominent, sticks out a ways, and is not a concealed weapon by any measure.

Flaccid measurement in the state shown above is 7.75”L and 5.75”C
So not very much difference between flaccid and erect. Going to be a PITA to hide in some clothing. Hopefully the Titan cylinders will soften up over time to make it easier.

Re: ElbowRoom's Implant Experience Journal
The cylinders should soften up. I think you're actually hanging down pretty good for how soon after surgery you are. It took me longer to hang that low and now mine is much softer, and hanging lower (lower than yours), flaccid than in the beginning. Though, it is still hard to conceal sometimes with tighter fitting pants... and I'm considerably shorter than you are
As for your pump, my Dr recommended pulling the skin away from the pump if you can. I had that issue a bit and was able to pull it off the pump. I don't think you want it getting too attached or it will get more difficult and painful to get it off. I'd contact your Dr for advice.

Thanks. Yeah, I feel like it’s kind of stuck in place. It’s not stuck to the scrotal skin, but to something pn the back wall of the abdomen I think. But in the last couple of days my scrotum has swollen up like a softball, due to all the manipulation between pulling on the pump and cycling.
I think I will give it a break tomorrow and not pull or cycle, to see if my swelling subsides. Then I’ll pick it back up. I have an appt with Dr. Hakky on the 12th for post-op. At that time if I haven’t broken it free I’ll see what can be done. I know some guys have to pull on the pump 4-6 weeks to get it right.

Re: ElbowRoom's Implant Experience Journal
Still looking good ElbowRoom. You now look more like most of us post op, except bigger
.
Once the swelling and bruising subsides everything will look more normal flaccid.
I think your swollen ball sac is actually pushing the implant cylinders higher, and that's why you're sticking out more at present.
That still happens to me after aggressive cycling or sex when everything is more engorged due to arousal.
I still stick out after deflation, and it takes a while to stabilize before I can push it down flatter.
You'll probably find the same, albeit with enviably larger dimensions!

Re: ElbowRoom's Implant Experience Journal
I will be having my surgery soon and I am now realizing that a week after is thanksgiving. Mine is 7” long. Can you give any advice as to what I can wear a week after surgery around a lot of family! Is there an underwear trick?
Usually I would tuck an erection under my waistband but I am told this won’t be comfortable.

The trick is a baby sock over your penis because you will likely be sensitive. The baby sock takes care of that.
Then wear a jockstrap, but cut a horizontal slit in the top of the pouch just under the waist band. Poke your babysock covered penis up through that slit in the pouch. That will keep you pointing up, yet your penis won’t be crushed by the jock waistband (ouch!!).
A pair of soft boxer briefs over all of that can help so you don’t feel bare assed.
Comfortable pants and an untucked shirt should do the trick.
Take 600mg of ibuprofen (that’s 3 Advil tablets) before going over to see family.

You likely have some swelling in your scrotum and as that goes down your flaccid will hang lower. Your cylinders will soften. I’m about 7 months post op now and mine have definitely softened and I hang much more naturally.
It looks like you are doing great so far!
Congrats!!
