A new milestone today, I met with Dr. Hakky’s patient educator, Barry, and started cycling. Barry has an IPP as well, so he’s a great resource with the experience to understand how it all works in the real world.

We talked a good long time about how things were going in my recovery and implants in general. They he looked me over to make sure there were no red flags, and asked me to cycle.

JFC this thing gets hard. My Trimix injections gave me raging erections, but I think this thing maxxed out is next level. It gets sore pretty quickly, but that should get better over time. He wants me to aim for 30 minutes as hard as I can stand, twice a day. I think I can do it, but it’s going to get very sore by the end of 30 minutes.

The best news of all: my dick points strongly to 2 o’clock! Hakky told me to expect a straight out or downward angle, but I’m happy to report he was wrong about that. Barry was even impressed and said “you’re going to do some damage with that.”

I am back home cycling now, and I am seeing 8in length and 6” girth. Perfectly acceptable to me even if I never gain another millimeter, but we’ll see if cycling brings me closer to original dimensions. Now that the drain is out my scrotum is swelling a good bit, so I’ll be icing it after I finish cycling.

So here’s what I’m working with:

Yeah, when I started cycling I couldn’t get past 20 minutes fully pumped before crying uncle.
From what I’ve seen though, you are way ahead of the healing curve.
I also did extra cycling exercise in a big garden tub 3 to 4 times a week, so I could cover my Bionic Dick with warm soothing water. I would pump it up to 70 percent and hold my dick at the base and bend it up and down and side to side for 5 minutes and then I would pump it to the max to see how long I could go without crying from the pain the last few minutes. I did that for 6 to 7 months. I still cycle in the shower once a day, just to keep it stretched when it’s not pounding the wifey.
I would do this while my wife did her morning walks.
We were empty nesters, so I didn’t have to worry about kids or grandkids.

It almost poked my eyes out when I looked at the photos! lol

Awesome angle too. You're going to have some fun with that thing .
I still find it astonishing how hard I can pump mine, and it's only an LGX.
Yes, expect the soreness from cycling to take a while to subside, but it will.
Having a patient educator with an IPP sounds wonderful too.
Mine is a very experienced female nursing sister.
She's really supportive but obviously can't put herself in my shoes.

I have always been a fast healer, so far that seems to still be the case.

But the last day or so I am hitting some challenges. You may be able to tell from the photos that my scrotum is quite swollen. The entire right side is quite sore from me pulling the pump down. Also there is now a very dark bruise from the incision to a third of the way up my shaft on the underside. Things are decidedly more painful now.

I think it’s a combination of removing the drain (fluids are now collecting in my scrotum I think), pulling down on the pump aggressively, and cycling. I’m icing, and going to try taking things easier tomorrow to let things rest and settle.

fantastic good results and don't worry about the wound fluid, in another 1-2 weeks all will subside.

Thanks Dan. I’m not too concerned about it, but it’s just uncomfortable right now and makes cycling painful. I don’t get much pain in my dick, but the area around the pump is swollen and very sore.

Thanks SWorks! My pump seems stuck on the right side and kind of adhered to the rear wall of the scrotum or some other structure. It’s not free-floating like I expected/hoped. Not hard to pump up, but I have to twist the pump a bit to reach the deflate bars adequately, which can be painful. I’m trying to aggressively (within reason) pull on it to get it to free up over time. But between all the tugging and cycling, the right side of my scrotum is very painful and swollen.

No pain, no gain I guess….

Haha. I’ll tell you, every guy wants a bigger cock, but the 28cm implant is a bit of a blessing and a curse. Sure, big dick and all is the upside, plus bragging rights “they had to use the biggest implant made to fit me!”

When Hakky said he thought I might need a 28cm, I was actually secretly hoping once he got in there and measured he’d fit a 26cm. The reason is for future-proofing. If 5-10 years from now I need a revision, there is a strong likelihood that I will have stretched out and need more size.

That only leaves RTEs to fill that space. If it’s a big change or there are multiple revisions over time I could end up with 3-4 RTEs, which not an optimal setup at all. As I like to say, “that’s a problem for future me,” but it’s still in the back of my mind.

Also, the size of the flaccid member is, um…impressive. I don’t think it’s quite the same length as when hard, but it’s not far off. And the cylinders inside are stiffer than your normal tissues, so you have this full, semi-erect look and feel.

I can’t actually tuck it straight down because it’s not flexible enough, so I’m going to have to play with my normal “dressing left” or figure out to tuck it upwards. Up might be a challenge because it’s long enough the head gets kind of pinched in the waistband. And left might look like I have a boner. The workplace might be a challenge as a result. Though the HR woman is quite attractive so a trip to her office might not be the worst thing…
