Perhaps the angle at which you 'dress' (as old-fashioned tailors used to say) normally has something to do with it.

I've always had my dick pointing to noon in my jocks, unlike others who have tucked down, so perhaps the crus angle has been set over the (many) years.

Fully pumped, it's at 1 o'clock and when lying on my back, it's at the same angle, so gravity doesn't affect the angle too much.
The main benefit is that I can enter my wife without any manual fumbling, and missionary seems very comfortable.

How do you you keep it pointing up as you go about your daily life without gravity kicking in and eventually make it go down? Whenever I've tried it it always eventually starts pointing down from normal jostling.
55 years. Using bimix 0.4 units. Works well but inconsistent and very inconvenient. Seriously considering an implant. 6.4 inches bone pressed length to tip, 5 inches girth base, 4.5 inches girth mid-shaft.

He mentioned that after the implant surgery, my erection is going to point straight forward but right now, my natural erection goes upward. So I wanted to hear from others who had the same experience.
He also said that after surgery I’ll need to pull the pump down regularly to keep it in the correct position. For those who’ve gone through this was that uncomfortable or hard to do in the beginning ..I m really scared specially for the pump pulling cause my balls are very sensitive..and ofc the erection look..I appreciate any comments, experience or opinions..

My new cock points pretty much straight out. My old one had a gentle upward curve that made it go much more towards 1:30 or 2:00 (i.e. well above 45 degrees). Here's the thing. I liked that graceful curve, and I liked how it pointed up, and I wished that keeping that was an option. (Why not a curved implant Coloplast?) But after worrying about it, I realized that I valued a reliably hard cock much more highly than I valued that angle, so I marched ahead. And now I absolutely love my new, reliable, straight-out cock.

As for the pump, I got an unusual amount of swelling and my healing was on the slow side, according to my doc, and I really struggled to get any kind of grip on the pump to pull it into a particular place. But even so, it settled into a perfect location kind of between and behind my balls. My hunch is that the position may have more to do with what the surgeon does than with that pulling stuff after, but honestly I have no idea. I can only report my own single experience.

So if I understood correctly, you actually didn’t end up pulling the pump down, right? It kind of settled into the right spot on its own because of how your surgeon placed it?

That makes me curious — do you think pulling the pump is not always necessary then, as long as the surgeon positions it perfectly during surgery? Or do you feel you got lucky in your case?

And overall — are you still happy with the result today in terms of comfort, size, and daily life?
Still loving the straight-out angle or does anything bother you long term?

Thanks again for sharing — really appreciate your honesty.

51 years old, struggling with ED for around 20 years.
Pills no longer work for me. Trimix helps but injections are tough and painful.
Implant consultation coming up (Oct ‘23).

Yep!

That makes me curious — do you think pulling the pump is not always necessary then, as long as the surgeon positions it perfectly during surgery? Or do you feel you got lucky in your case?

I mean, I all have is this one example, so the most I can say is, "At least one time with a good, high-volume surgeon, thinks worked out great without any fancy pulling. I mean, I sort of tried but things were swollen and felt kind of attached, so I don't think I every really managed to do anything useful. I was nervous at the time, but my Doc basically said, "You are at the high end of swelling and slow end of healing, but don't worry, it'll all be fine." And it was.

And overall — are you still happy with the result today in terms of comfort, size, and daily life?

I love it. I mean, I prefer that old angle, but I don't have any regrets at all. Love my reliable, bionic cock.
