Yeah it's fine. It's plenty big to work. Just need to adjust positions.
Believe post prostate surgery I was around 5 inches down from 6. Never measured girth but post titan otr 20 cm seems thicker.

Awesome. Congrats on that. If it's anything like my experience it will improve even more. By 6-10 months I was cumming everytime & sensation had greatly improved. Feels as good as it ever was now really.
