Does this get better over time?

Postby Jsmith194589 » Thu Oct 23, 2025 11:39 pm

Just wondering if anyone else can feel the tubes where the scrotum meets the shaft — the ones connecting the cylinders to the pump? If so, have they caused any issues with penetration or during oral?

I’m 3.5 weeks post-surgery and mine feel quite prominent at the moment. I’m hoping they become less noticeable over time. Right now, my penetrative length seems to stop where the tubes start, whereas before I could get a bit more length since my scrotum was softer.

At 31/2 weeks you have lots of changes ahead of you I could feel my tubes swinging with my balls at 31/2 weeks.
Now I barely notice unless we are really at it.
Question thought. Does your scrotum from up the length of your shaft? And is incision at base. I would think the incision site is where you would notice tubing. My guess, but I had Scrotoplasty and my incision was about six inches long.

I can feel mine, but above where you have circled in red on the diagram, where it curls around and more on the sides/underside.
Where you have circled is where I deliberately locate and hold the tubing with my left hand while pumping with my right.
The tubing hasn't caused me any issues with penetration at all and seems to get pushed lower when thrusting.
It's been years since Mrs was interested in oral so I can't comment on that but I don't think it would be a problem.
From memory the tubing was more prominent and more rigid earlier in my recovery.

Recovery great so far but have a bend.

Jsmith194589, FWIW, when I was swollen post-op the tubing from the top of the pump around the left side of the base didn't move much and I wondered if it would be in the way. Once the swelling went away, the tubing and pump moved around a lot and doesn't interfere with sex. And since it moves easily it also doesn't affect usable length. Although many guys can feel tubing and/or pump around or near the base, I've read very few if any posts that it creates an ongoing problem or concern -- once the swelling has gone down.
