Hello everyone!
First, I want to destroy this forum for its invaluable help; it provided me with solutions and support when I was at my lowest point.
To put things in perspective, I actually started having venous leaks when I was 22, after a back injury. All these years, the pills were manufactured well, but they had serious consequences.
Some of you know my horrific story: when I was looked for by charlatan doctors, they performed a botched vein ligation, which led to two more horrific surgeries, after which my life turned into a living hell that lasted almost three and a half years. My original story is here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=21679&p=202085#p202085 Back then, I was still writing it emotionally, wondering whether I should even continue this life or not, as after what happened, my life fell apart in every way; I lost everything! Ultimately, after another 2.5 years, I found myself caught between the two sides of Russia and Ukraine on the border in the Kursk region and was forced to become a refugee without a home or all my belongings.
A year and a half later, after ligation and surgeries, I tried embolization, the most modern method using adhesive caps. The effect was dramatic and very short-lived, which, however, I was prepared for.
After another year and a half, I couldn't decide between Titan and CX. I consulted with many doctors from all over the world, as I needed a complex reconstructive surgery to install the implant. I consulted with all the surgeons in Russia, including the leading Dr. Menshchikov and Professor Gamidov, Dr. Djinovic from Serbia, Dr. Sean Park from Korea, Dr. Martinez Salamanca from Spain, Dr. Akhvlediani, who was working in Georgia at the time, and Dr. Clavell and Dr. Hakki from the USA. They all offered me different methods.
Ultimately, I went to Professor Gamidov, who performed the following surgery yesterday, October 22, 2025: Using a penoscrotal approach, he inverted my penis and excised the rough post-surgical scar tissue and adhesions in the area around the ligament, which had literally fused my penis to the pubis. He managed to free the penis from the scar tissue that was constricting it at the root, directly on the vascular-nerve bundle and the fascia of Buck. I also had another post-surgical scar on the tunica, approximately halfway down my penis. Professor Gamidov planned to dissect it from within the corpus cavernosum after the dilation, but during the surgery he decided against it, as it posed a significant risk, including loss of sensation in the glans. This decision proved correct, as this scar no longer causes significant curvature. I hope that Titan will stretch it a little more over time. When the professor began the dilation, it turned out that I had developed both distal and proximal cavernous fibrosis in the three years following the venous surgery. However, after numerous attempts, he finally managed to fully dilate the corpora cavernosa, which is very dangerous, especially with distal cavernous fibrosis. Ultimately, he implanted a Titan 22 cm with a 1 cm Rte on the right and a 125 ml reservoir. My proximal length turned out to be 12 and 11 cm, and the distal length was the same, but the opposite on the right and left. I was hoping to get a size 24, but after the horror I had to endure, I had lost about 2 cm of distal length. So, a size 22 was the right size. Considering my small scrotum, the pump was successfully hidden behind it. Now I am very upset about the length loss of about 1 cm. I really hope to get at least some of it back after cycling in the future. It's hard to estimate the girth yet, but I think it's the same. My penis is still wrapped in a bandage. The urinary catheter was removed today, but the drain is still in place. The surgery was performed under spinal anesthesia, after which I was sedated. Yesterday, about five hours later, I started feeling my legs. At first, there was a slight pain in the area of the reservoir, but then it went away. I tried to go to the toilet, but nothing happened. Then the pain started excruciating, and last night I wanted to insert a stick into my teeth to endure it. The pain was mainly in my perineum, anus, and scrotum. I barely made it until the morning. Painkillers didn't help. Today the pain began to subside, and after they partially deflated the implant, the pain went away completely. Now I'm lying in the hospital room and writing this report.
Last Saturday, I ran a marathon, setting a personal best, and on Wednesday, I had surgery to get a penile prosthesis implanted. Unfortunately, life can be incredibly cruel. And what I had to go through was simply unbearably painful! And I'll tell you guys, only running helped me get out of this horrific situation and somehow move on with my life. After all, after the implant, I spent two years trying to completely destroy myself with alcohol and cigarettes.
Next comes the recovery period. I'd really like to hope that everything goes smoothly, the implant takes hold, and I regain at least 1 cm of length. Which, as far as I know, is unlikely with the Titan, but at the same time, I'd like to believe I'm wrong.
I'll keep you posted. Sorry for my broken English.

Thank you, my bionic brother. I know that Hakky installed a huge Titan on you yesterday. How are you feeling now?

Hi Antos, first of all congratulations for taking the steps for end this nightmare. From everything you have been through, you are a warrior in my opinion.
Cuold you just clarify something for me; its correct that you first got a stent (for may thurner) and only later the ligation which ruined you?
If so, how did the stent alone worked out?

Sorry I may have misunderstood few steps of your original post, but basically my question is if were you able to pinpoint/distinguish if the worsening happened because of the ligation or maybe because of the stent itself

Thank you! It's a bit of a misnomer. Ten days before I had a stent placed in my left iliac vein for May-Thurner syndrome, they performed a ligation procedure to fix a supposed distal leak. At least, that's what they said at the time, but unfortunately, I didn't have much insight back then, so I rushed into things and trusted the charlatans. Now I know a lot of guys who had a stent placed in their left iliac vein, and it didn't help much. Most of them already have their veins implanted. Those who did benefit from a stent are few and far between, and even then, they still have to take FDE-5. There are a bunch of charlatans in Russia who find May-Thurner syndrome in every other patient, install stents, and perform embolizations, but it either doesn't help at all, or only helps weakly and for a short period of time. It's their shady business.

The ligation and subsequent complications destroyed my penis and turned my entire life into a nightmare. If it weren't for the ligation, I could have stayed on the pill for several more years.

I see. Thanks for sharing your story.
I read that you were unsure deciding between CX and titan, what you think were pro and cons of each one and what helped your decision?
