Could you clarify your question? Do you mean how often do guys pump with a VED and Osborn ring (mentioned in your signsture)

You posted the question in the implant section. Do you mean how often can an implanted man inflate his implant for sex? There is no limit. As often as you want.

Or how many squeezes does the pump does it take to get rigidly inflated? (A common question). Quickly and efficiently is the best answer.

We are all different. I’m always experimenting to find the “feel for the moment”. My wife and I have had sex with just three pumps and it felt good. I usually save the iron stage for intense sex. Use that pump as part of masterbating, or let you SO play with the pump. You will have a third nut enjoy it.

There is no set number, there are so many variables, your equipment,your stage of healing, your tolerance for pain, one handed pumps vs 2 handed, quality of pumps. The kicker is it all changes for a few YEARS of use , so the answer is you know when it feels right.

Same, I've just started cycling, I've pumped over 70-80 times, while laying down, dick was pointing towards the ceiling and was quite firm, however when I stand up, it slopes down like I've got a semi, no matter how many pumps I've put in, it doesn't seem to point straight but does get a fraction firmer

Is this normal?
The nurse at the appointment pumped me up, but I didn't realize at the time as I was lying down.

Good thing is, it's only been a couple of days, I can see I'm getting slightly bigger each day.

70 to 80 is very unusual, though. I've been told it's between 10 and 20. What's different about you?

browny30, FWIW, before ED my angle was about 2:00, but post-op I've been 4:00. I don't know if the change was caused by ED, or the implant, or the effect of age -- or some combination of those. However, everything works great at any angle between 2:00 and 4:00. Awhile back I did some searches and below is what I found about average angles at different ages.

Angle / Age
1:00-2:00 / teens, 20's, 30's
2:00-3:00 / 30's, 40's, 50's
3:00-4:00 / 40's, 50's, 60's
4:00-5:00 / 50's, 60's, 70's+
